Absolutely wonderful experience: very clean and well stocked to meet any needs. Air conditioning and location were outstanding. Look forward to future visits and I appreciate Megan’s professionalism and kindness.

Had a wonderful time. Location was great. Rental was clean, bright and quiet. Layout was great. Bikes and beach equipment available for use. Easy walking distance to bay and beach. Airconditioning was great during heat spell. Overall a wonderful place. Would stay again.

Communicative host and everything went great during our stay. The street parking wasn't bad, we were able to find spots even at night. The AC worked well and the fans helped circulate air. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

Great location and friendly hosts

We love this location…just two blocks from a tranquil walk on Mission Bay. Quiet neighborhood walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. Hosts are friendly and the property is comfortable and clean.

Great stay

Great house in a great location. It had everything we needed and more including bikes, beach chairs, and a wagon to take to the beach. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and bars. We would stay again!

Long weekend in PB

Hi Rich. We do ask for ID verification as well as a Rental Agreement. These both are for your safety as well as other guests and homeowners. I'm hopeful that if you were to rent out your home, that your Manager would also ask for these items. We appreciate you being a great guest and hope to see you back again.

Great unit. It was immaculate and very comfortable. Close enough to the beach and the bikes plus beach supplies were a real bonus. The owners live on site in a separate house and were very helpful. Would return again if back in Pacific Beach.

This property was bright, sunny and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great approximately 5 min walk to a walking path along the beach and the restaurants at Pacific beach are a little further away but still in walking distance. Overall we had a great experience!
