Beautiful condo is located just 1 block to the ocean and Mission Bay, and it is situated on the border of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Across the street (1 short block) to beach, bay, restaurants, and nightlife--yet still very quiet and comfortable:

4151 Mission Blvd #209 (at Pacific Beach Drive) 92109

Elevator is right next to unit also.
Family entertainment is within walking distance. Park two cars in your reserved dedicated spots and walk the rest of the week! You can stroll (15 min via beach boardwalk) to Belmont Park, ride the Roller Coaster, buy some cotton candy and play carnival/arcade games. This condo sleeps 7.
It's an easy drive to Sea World, SD Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Del Mar Racetrack, Scripps Aquarium, and more!

There's a sofa and love seat in living room.

The living room is equipped with a 50' Sony flat screen smart TV. There is a king bed in master and queen in east-facing bedroom, and one of the bedrooms has a bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top.

Upper bedrooms have ceiling fans and window coverings.

The Master Bath is equipped with his and her sinks/ shower heads.

This 3- bedroom condo is beautifully furnished. The kitchen has state-of-the-art/ top-of-the-line designer stainless steel appliances. All dishes, pots, and pans are in excellent condition.

Sit & relax at the cocktail table on the nice quiet balcony!
The balcony has a view of palm trees and the Catamaran resort next door. The balcony features a cocktail table that is perfect for your morning coffee or relaxing with evening drinks for two. You may also carry your morning coffee across the street and enjoy it in the sand!

The condo is in a perfect location for shopping and beaches. It’s very clean and the host responds quickly to questions. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to San Diego.

This condo is located in a great location. Beach a short block away, 20 minutes to a variety of attractions and shopping/restaurants nearby. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again

This condo was perfect for family and friends - clean and well stocked in all areas including items to take for a day out to the beach. Close proximity to everything and very enjoyable experience. Host was informative and communicative - everything was given timely and didn't have a need to reach out for anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Well located and beautiful condo

Such a lovely condo with the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 but can sleep more if needed. Was clean and located right off the beach, so we could go whenever we wanted with ease. We were able to get to the zoo and all other activities within 15 - 20 minutes. Word of caution - read the check in and parking instructions before getting to the condo. I did not do this, so getting in was a little complicated despite the clear instructions that were provided to us. Once we read those, getting into the condo was a breeze.

Multigenerational Family Vacation

We had the pleasure of staying here Jan 3-7. Place was just as described. We all slept well in the beds and dedicated bathrooms for teens, parents and grandma. Amazing access to restaurants, bicycle rentals, and grocery store. Owner was prompt in answering questions. Definitely would stay here again.

Home away from Home

We stayed here for our daughter’s SDSU graduation with our family (my husband, son, and mother-in-law), and it truly felt like a home away from home. Sue, the host, thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From a well-stocked kitchen with coffee and every appliance you could need, to thoughtful little touches all around the house—it felt like staying at a friend’s place, not a rental.The house was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect—just minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Sue was incredibly kind, accommodating, and always quick to reply to any questions.It was the perfect spot for a special weekend with family. We felt relaxed and taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.P.S. Be sure to read all the instructions Sue provides—they’re clear, helpful, and if you follow them, you’ll have zero issues.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is super close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store. Everything is in walking distance. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus the 2 parking spaces. We’ll be back.

San Diego getaway

The condo was perfectly located close to the beach. Everything to go for a stroll to sit and enjoy the waves was in the closet. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make home cooked meals. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home, we had the best time.

Location, location, location

This beautiful home is one block to the beach! It's also close to Sea World (you don't even have to get on the freeway), Ralph's (a fabulous grocery store), liquor store, and many great restaurants. It's a short drive to the airport. It had everything we needed and more!

Fantastic spot for families/groups

This place is a gem right in the heart of PB. The location is just across the street from the beach, the space is comfortable and beachy, and it's stocked ample amenities (particularly stuff for families with young kids). The check in was smooth, and Sue (our host) was responsive to our calls and proactive to reach out to us prior to our stay. I really can't recommend it more strongly!

Convenient and clean

Condo was very well stocked, very clean, very comfortable and close to everything. Just a walk across the street to the beach. Walk to Ralph’s for groceries. Walk to restaurants & bars. Sue was very easy to communicate with. She replied to us promptly each time. We liked the security features and 2 parking spots were a plus even though we only had 1 truck.

Pacific Beach trip #2

This was our second trip to San Diego that we stayed at Sue's condo. The location is perfect for all ages. So many restaurants and beaches within walking distance, (We did not even rent a car while in Pacific Beach). The condo has everything that you need for a beach vacation, so well equipped. safe, secure and 2 indoor parking spots for those who decide to rent a car. My family and I had a great time in Pacific Beach. Thanks Sue.

Amazing condo for family spring break

Our crew consisted of two young kids, two adults and two seniors and Sue's condo was a great fit for everyone! We visited during Spring Break and the condo was just far enough off of the main beach (one street back) so our kids were able to have quiet nights and actually sleep after a hard day of play. The ocean and waves to one side and the calmer bay to the other were fabulous. There are many family friendly dining options within minutes in walking time as well as lively night spots for adults. We will definitely consider staying again in the future and would highly recommend this condo to family and friends traveling to San Diego!
