Turquoise By The Sea is a Beach bungalow in North Pacific Beach located on Missouri Street, between Mission Blvd. and Bayard! Completely furnished, Turquoise By The Sea is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, just one block away from the ocean. In the fully enclosed backyard, your pets will be able to run around and you will find a BBQ and a fire pit, an outdoor table with an umbrella for 6 to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather.

La Jolla is less than one mile away, Sea World is 2 miles away, Garnet Avenue for shopping, nightlife, and amazing views from historic Crystal Pier - all just three blocks away or even to famous Belmont Park (1.5 miles away) with the Giant Dipper, the historic roller coaster, catch a concert at Sound Wave (formerly Cane's) or ride the wave at the Wave House. Of course, Sail Bay with its picturesque scenery is blocks away too! Close to SDSU, USD, and UCSD. San Diego Bay Fair is just a bike ride away too! A short car ride gets you anywhere in the Mission Beach, Mission Bay, and Pacific Beach areas. Also not far is downtown San Diego and Petco Park, as well as Qualcomm Stadium and Balboa Park. Head up the hill for a scenic drive to the Viejas Casino and Outlet Center for world-class gambling and great bargains. Or head around the corner for a round of golf at Mission Bay Golf Course or Torrey Pines Golf Course!

Inside you will be comfortable as you lounge watching a flick on the smart tv, curling up with a book as the sun shines through the windows, or listening to your favorite music. The hardwood floors, stainless appliances, Corian counters, and mix of shabby chic and modern furnishing make this tasteful home hard to leave. Although, Tourmaline Beach - the best surf spot in San Diego calls!

Turquoise By The Sea comfortably sleeps six. The master bathroom includes a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twins and the sofa bed pulls out into a full-size mattress.

This place was perfect for my family of four. We hauled their chairs and umbrellas the easy three blocks to the beach nearly every day. SO many food options that were all within 5 minutes walking. Plenty of fans to get the sea breeze circulating inside.

A great time at a great place. Excellent location to beach and good times. A quintessential southern Ca beach cottage and very cozy, clean n quiet. Marco was very responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely be on the return visit list!

PB Beach Stay

We had a great time staying here. The location is amazing, close to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. The outside patio was perfect for grilling and eating outside each night. Four of us fit just fine in the house. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing time at the Bungalow! It’s in a great location, it’s a minute or two walk to the beach. We loved that there were two beach cruisers. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean. The property manager was a pleasure to work with! We would stay here again!

Great Location and Very Clean

Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach. Had many things like boogie boards, beach cruisers, chairs etc. which were a very nice addition. Garage was very convenient. Very clean with clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again in the future

Great location

We loved how close it was to some great restaurants and the beach. It was perfect for the three of us. The garage/carport was a big plus, street parking was never available.

Since we moved to Phoenix in 2006, San Diego has been one of our favorite places to vacation. We both grew up not far from my beach (my husband is from Tuscany, Italy and I am from New York City) and the beach is one thing that Phoenix lacks! Purchasing a home in San Diego has been on our list for several years and we are so excited that we found this amazing place to enjoy and share with others!

We've stayed in many homes in the Pacific Beach area and we love it here. PB has a great relaxed beach vibe and is wonderful for families. We wanted a place that we could run home from the beach easily if we forgot something (with 2 kids that happens a lot!), and that would allow us to enjoy the great San Diego weather without even leaving our home. This place really does have everything we could ever hope for in a beach home.
