Turquoise By The Sea is a Beach bungalow in North Pacific Beach located on Missouri Street, between Mission Blvd. and Bayard! Completely furnished, Turquoise By The Sea is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, just one block away from the ocean. In the fully enclosed backyard, you will find a BBQ and a fire pit, an outdoor table with an umbrella for 6 to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather.

La Jolla is less than one mile away, Sea World is 2 miles away, Garnet Avenue for shopping, nightlife, and amazing views from historic Crystal Pier - all just three blocks away or even to famous Belmont Park (1.5 miles away) with the Giant Dipper, the historic roller coaster, catch a concert at Sound Wave (formerly Cane's) or ride the wave at the Wave House. Of course, Sail Bay with its picturesque scenery is blocks away too! Close to SDSU, USD, and UCSD. San Diego Bay Fair is just a bike ride away too! A short car ride gets you anywhere in the Mission Beach, Mission Bay, and Pacific Beach areas. Also not far is downtown San Diego and Petco Park, as well as Qualcomm Stadium and Balboa Park. Head up the hill for a scenic drive to the Viejas Casino and Outlet Center for world-class gambling and great bargains. Or head around the corner for a round of golf at Mission Bay Golf Course or Torrey Pines Golf Course! You might even catch a glimpse of local hero and Pro, Phil Mickelson! This home is close to all!

Inside you will be comfortable as you lounge watching a flick on the smart tv, curling up with a book as the sun shines through the windows, or listening to your favorite music with Alexa. The hardwood floors, stainless appliances, Corian counters, and mix of shabby chic and modern furnishing make this tasteful home hard to leave. Although, Tourmaline Beach - the best surf spot in San Diego calls!

Turquoise By The Sea comfortably sleeps six. The master bathroom includes a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twins and the sofa bed pulls out into a full-size mattress.

Cozy

Very nice property. The kitchen and bathroom space are updated and the living areas are very nice and cozy. Wall space heaters were great for our stay during the winter. Easy walking distance to the beach. Wonderful backyard area. Outdoor covered garage is quite tight to fit large vehicles as advertised but doable. We had a large suburban and I was able to get in and out with a little effort but was nice so I didn’t have to fight to find parking on the street.

Great location!

Great location, big backyard. Small bath, remodeled efficiency kitchen. Very clean. No dishwasher. Could really use a coat of paint inside and out. Smells like there used to be a smoker there. Expensive for what it is, but can’t beat the location.

Great Pacific Beach Location

We stayed here with our two children, and it was perfect for our family of four. The house was clean and well appointed. You can’t beat the block walk to the beach! Amazing location, walkable to restaurants, coffee, ice cream shops as well. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We’d stay here again!

Great Bungalow great host.

Well kept beach bungalow with all the beach amenities. Walking distance to beach, food, and shops. Very quiet neighborhood in the mornings and evening.

Great location

The place had a roomy back yard and was really close to the beach. Hauling beach gear was a breeze. We really enjoyed the dedicated parking. 100% happy I booked this.

Do not hesitate to stay here. Everything is great. Location is perfect. We have probably stayed in 7-9 short term rentals in SD and this was definitely one of the best.

Perfect Family Beach Cottage

Hidden Gem

This rental property was exactly what we were looking for. A walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The spacious backyard was a major plus for the kids. Loved that there was a garage. Parking is tight although we managed. Had all the necessities for the beach ( wagon, bikes, sand toys, boogie boards, and much more. Thank you Marco for hosting us!

Cozy Beach Cottage

Clean, updated kitchen/bath with single car garage parking. Good amenities. Beach stuff and bikes included. Convenient location. Two block walk to the beach. Many restaurants/shops within walking distance. Great neighborhood. Street parking not readily available.

Lovely beach cottage near Pacific Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at Turquoise by the Sea. It was a short walk to the beach as well as an easy walk to many great restaurants and a grocery. The house was well-maintained and well-equipped for cooking. We very much enjoyed our visit to Pacific Beach and would definitely return to this sweet lil beach cottage.

Perfect small place for a short visit!

We were in San Diego for two days and two nights prior to going on a cruise. This cottage was a perfect headquarters for us in both location and ease of access. Highly recommend!

Turquoise Treasure

Sweet and so close to everything! Loved having a split bedroom floorplan. Nice, private backyard with a great gas grill. Having garage parking was priceless. Fully stocked kitchen so we could cook vice eating out all the time. Ralph's & Sprouts are just down the street. Easy beach access only a block and a half away. Excellent communication with our hosts! Definitely recommend.

Best bungalow

My daughters and I had the best stay in San Diego! The bungalow was perfect for the 3 of us, a quick walk to the beach and restaurants! I’m looking forward to heading back in the summer!!

Since we moved to Phoenix in 2006, San Diego has been one of our favorite places to vacation. We both grew up not far from my beach (my husband is from Tuscany, Italy and I am from New York City) and the beach is one thing that Phoenix lacks! Purchasing a home in San Diego has been on our list for several years and we are so excited that we found this amazing place to enjoy and share with others!

We've stayed in many homes in the Pacific Beach area and we love it here. PB has a great relaxed beach vibe and is wonderful for families. We wanted a place that we could run home from the beach easily if we forgot something (with 2 kids that happens a lot!), and that would allow us to enjoy the great San Diego weather without even leaving our home. This place really does have everything we could ever hope for in a beach home.
