The pictures were quit confusing on EXACT place. I didn’t realize that it was all one room not a separate living room and bedroom but it was perfect for just a couple but I don’t think ideal for 2 more ppl. I was thinking I had one of the first floor condos straight out to the pool .. but iwe were pleased with the location very private in the corner and quiet. And very very close to the pool and beach. Overall it was a great place

The description makes one believe the unit you are renting that you walk right out to pool from your patio. This is not the case.

Two items towel rack in bathroom is loose, and hand towel holder was loose. The blind by the dinning room right side does not go all the way down. Took picture when I arrived.

This unit was beautiful and bright, comfortable, close to parking, and had a great view for a 1st floor space.

The room was great! Clean, ocean view, first floor perfect for walking out to the beach. Good shops and plenty of shopping nearby. The best restaurants are just a short drive away. Would recommend this for anyone. We will be back again next year.

Spring getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as described. Easy access to beach and pool. The condo was comfortable, clean and relaxing!! Very easy to communicate with property manager.

The beach view was restricted from our room. The room was clean. I had a problem getting into room upon arrival which took about 45 minutes.

Great location. Clean room. Perfect space. Quick response from host. Easy access to beach and pool. Our codes were changed mid week a quick text to the host and had new codes quickly!!! Nothing negative toward room or stay or host, just be aware during our May/June 2026 stay there was a lot of construction, which complicated navigating around building and to tram. Also we were evacuated twice due to fire alarms.

The room was very clean. The kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils. If someone was staying a decent amount of time and wanted to cook some meals, it’d be tricky. A few fans would help with airflow, since the windows don’t open and the door has no screen.

Very well kept clean. The balcony is spacious and great view. The condo has its own private beach area. Overall it was a great stay!!

Right on the beach, very short walk to the beach. Good places to eat. Shopping was good I'll be back

This property was amazing to stay at! We had such an amazing time. The place was clean, and well taken care of. You’re just a 3 minute walk to the beach if even that. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! The host was also so easy to communicate with, quick responses to any questions. I can’t wait to see you his place when all renovations are done!

Smooth process, as advertised

Room was as described, great for a couple! Clean, convenient location to the beach and parking, smooth check in and check out process. Would recommend if you’re visiting the area.

Nice place would stay again

It was as described, construction inhibited us from opening the curtains, it was loud and restricted portions of the property we could not enjoy, everything we needed was there, We would stay again, Non construction of course

Our stay was amazing. We came here for our honeymoon this weekend! Rooms were very nice & clean with easy check in. The only part I that didn’t reach my expectations was the view. I paid for a beach view and they didn’t tell me there was construction during my stay. My balcony was blocked off & workers walking around so I didn’t get to use my balcony but overall it was a great stay. Will be booking again next time we come!!

Wonderful stay!!

We rented this gorgeous corner unit for a wedding we attended in Sandestin. The property was clean. The management team had top notch communication, and we really enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Perfect location, everything was so close. Needs a few updates with furniture and blinds. But over all was a very nice stay.
