Welcome to Cozy Casa!

This is your home away from home. You will have full use of the entire house -- no sharing with anyone. Protect your car in the enclosed 2-car garage and safely enter the house through the inside door. You will be pleased at how clean the house is, nicely decorated, and very inviting. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with all the major appliances, some small appliances, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and all the cooking tools you'll need. Make coffee your way with your choice of 3 coffee makers. You'll sleep in super comfortable beds. And the bathrooms are well lit, good water pressure, and lots of hot water.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The price you see is our base price for 1-2 guests. Additional guests are $10 per night per guest. Additional guest fees are shown as a surcharge at time of payment.

DISCLOSURE: THE HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE REFRIGERATED AIR CONDITIONING; IT IS COOLED WITH A CENTRAL EVAPORATIVE COOLER. .



Rental Agreement and Damage Deposit
Guests must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. Damage deposit of $300 will be collected 2 days before arrival and will be released within 5 days of departure minus any damages.

Exterior security cameras on property
4 cameras guarding the entrances (including the inside garage door). No cameras inside the house. Garage door records open/closed status. No audio.

Overall we felt this was a good value in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and living room are laid out nicely. The location was fairly close to downtown Grand Junction - just a short drive. The hosts were friendly and responsive.

The house was absolutely fantastic. The house was super clean, amenities excellent (we especially liked the coffee setup), check in/check out was very smooth and the property owner genuinely seemed to care about our stay. I would definitely stay again.

Parking was super easy. Huge garage. Kitchen had everything we needed for the stay. Washer dryer was full size and very useful. Would stay there again.

Our Grand Junction Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Case. The place was clean, well maintained, and the location was convenient to get around Grand Junction. The Hosts were very pleasant and concerned about any needs we might have.

Perfect Little House

Never have I stayed in such a clean, well equipped and inviting VRBO house. So centrally located in Grand Junction-easy access to everything you might need. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect little spot

Cute and clean, had everything we needed! Loved the garage, the back porch area to drink coffee, the king size bed was the most comfortable and the sheets were super soft! Great communication with the host, we’d definitely stay there again!!
