Property was perfect. Communication was prompt but multiple people answer so it can be confusing and give conflicting answers.

This house is amazing. Stop looking now. If you want to enjoy SD, this house is literally 15-20 minutes from EVERYTHING! Stayed with our two teens and we were very comfortable. Great area, walkable to anything you’d need too. I’d give it more than five stars if I could!

From start to finish, this was a fantastic stay! The host’s communication was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and made everything effortless. The location was perfect: easy to find, close to everything, and was itself a fun, artsy atmosphere that made the stay a joy.The space itself was exactly what we hoped for—beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It was stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen appliances to the little extras that made us feel right at home. Every detail was considered, making our stay relaxing and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and charm!

Great home in North Park. We loved the neighborhood. We walked each night for our evening meal to one of the many restaurants in the same neighborhood. The house was clean upon arrival. The owners were very responsive.

Communication was excellent with Matt and Dean. Property is as depicted and described in the listing. Very cool eclectic bohemian mid century vibe. Nice secure fenced yard. Our dogs loved it here, not just their humans. Our son's in laws live three doors away and catty corner, so we intend to stay again. No question about it.

It is very clean and charming. Having the parking in driveway was very beneficial. There was an email glitch for door code but a quick text and prompt response from host took care of it. Cute private Backyard. I think you’ll enjoy your stay here.

This place was absolutely fantastic! We were two couples visiting San Diego for a weekend and could not have found a better location. This is a lovely house, convenient walking distance to restaurants and a comfortable, pleasant living area to come home to and relax in the evenings. We will definitely try to get this house again in the future.
