We stayed here over the last of summer vacation and had a wonderful experience... The host was responsive, friendly, and made the check-in/out process incredibly smooth. Only one minor issue, I recommend to the management company to have an exterminator for fruit flies, with the heat they were annoying and we had to make sure our food was covered at all time, they were mostly in the kitchen area. Even with this, we would rent again, it met our needs.

We had a great experience! Everything was perfect from the layout, cleanliness, and service. I don't say this ever, but the beds were comfortable! Stocked with beach equipment and perfectly placed to walk to beach and local shops and restaurants. 10/10 Recommend!!

Rooms were all outfitted with nice bedding and adequate clothing storage. Kitchen was stocked nicely. The dual coffee pot was a plus! We greatly appreciated the double garage and ample beach accessories. The home was in a quiet location in relation to how close it was to everything. Our family ( including an 8 and 4 year old), walked to all meals and the beach.

An absolute gem! The perfect stay for our family of 4 (including 2 teens who each had their own room and bathroom). Location is perfect- a quick walk to the beach/restaurants and an easy drive downtown and north to Torrey Pines. Garage parking was awesome and the available beach towels and chairs were much appreciated. Overall a great week in a beautiful place! If we ever come back this way, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The house had a good floor plan and nice decorations - beachy, not too fussy or fancy, just right. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pans and utelsiles. The location was excellent - an easy walk to the beach, the bay, and the grocery store and restaurants! My only complaint was that when the kitchen sink got blocked, backed up, and leaked under the counter, it took 36 hours and 2 phone calls to get it fixed...and it still drained slowly. Fortunately, we were gone during the day and did not do a lot of cooking, but I felt it should have been taken care of on the fisrt day it was reported.

The host was so welcoming and responded to every question I asked promptly. All the plates, utensils, and shower amenities were prepared, and the place was very clean. The garage was spacious. You can walk to the beautiful beach. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful month-long stay here. The location is ideal - close to restaurants, the beach, and bay, yet peaceful. The 3-floor layout with spacious bedrooms and strong Wi-Fi made it great for privacy and remote work. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and household supplies, which made it feel very homey. The host was also super responsive and willing to answer queries. We’d love to return!

A Perfect Weekend!

Perfect Spot & Perfect Hosts

This was the perfect house for 2 families to stay! 2 Primary bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids! We were just a few blocks from the beach, easy walking distance to so many things! We loved when entering the cleanliness of the house and the music playing! It was very inviting and the clean up to leave was minimal!! We highly recommend this home!!

Great multi-family rental

This was a great house for our multiple family group. We each had our own space but could all be together on the 2nd floor. The location is great, we could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was well maintained and was stocked with everything we needed.

Fantastic!

The home and location is amazing! Everything is close by and you can walk to the beach. Only thing we incountered the internet is spotty. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the house it’s in a quiet neighborhood had everything we needed and walking distance to beach. Every floor has a bathroom and a room. The perfect space to share with family. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Weekend getaway

Our family of four (two teenagers) really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Location was awesome, tons of space for everyone, and a very well stocked kitchen that had anything and everything we needed. The beds were some of the best we've slept in over the years of staying in many short term rental properties, we all slept great! Would highly recommend for friends and family trips, and we look forward to staying again. Thanks for a great place!
