The owner has been making significant improvements to the property, and unfortunately, the final stages of those renovations created challenges with preparing the cabin for your arrival. While our team worked hard to have everything ready, we recognize that the results fell short of our standards. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and regret that our follow-up efforts did not fully resolve the situation. We have addressed these issues with our team to help prevent them from happening again. The spiral staircase is certainly one of Rally Point's unique features and adds to the cabin's character, though we understand it can be a bit challenging for some guests. For added convenience, there is also a covered exterior staircase that provides access between levels and may be easier for some visitors to navigate. Thank you again for staying with us.
