Located less than three (3) miles from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, this home provides easy access to winter favorites like skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and sledding. In the warmer months, hiking and mountain biking are big attractions at the resort. Buckeye Recreation Center, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Sugar Creek Gem Mining, and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort are a few other local attractions within a short 15-minute drive. The charming town of Banner Elk is five (5) minutes away, with fine restaurants, local shopping, and conveniences like grocery stores and gas stations.

With unique stone and warm wood detailing, this home combines a modern aesthetic with rustic touches. The main living area is centered around a stone fireplace and a large HDTV while also maintaining the stunning mountain views from the many windows. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and there is seating for twelve (12) at the two main dining tables and two (2) at the bar. Outside on the two levels of porches is additional dining space, a porch swing, Adirondack seating, and a large hot tub for guests to enjoy while overlooking the sweeping vista. There is also a patio with a large stone fireplace and seating.

The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king-size bed, an HDTV, private access to the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an HDTV. On the lower level, there are three bedrooms, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed. They share a full bathroom.

The lower level boasts a spacious den with a pool table, foosball table, a Multicade Arcade game machine, ample cozy seating around a large HDTV, and a wet bar area. There is also a King bedroom with an HDTV, a Queen bedroom with an HDTV, and a Twin over Full Bunk bedroom on this level that share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. A sleeper sofa in the lower level den that sleeps 2 is the final sleeping accommodation for this home.

Pets are welcome at Overlook Pointe. Dogs only, with a 25-pound weight limit. Pet fees will apply. Access to the home is up a flight of 6 steps.
