Quiet and Spacious villa with large and sunny deck.

'Notre Villa de Floride' is in a calm residence with a beautiful deck and large private pool. There is a residential tennis court.

The location is quiet. The neighborhood is charming.
The villa is close enough to highways to go quickly everywhere and far enough from all roads not to be disturbed by their noises.
All the bedrooms are spacious enough for everyone. The large terrace and the pool are south-facing and far away from neighbors.
The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
It's a pleasure to eat breakfast or dinner on the patio.
The supermarkets and many restaurants are closed.

Description:

A fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, large fridge,
freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and utensils.

Four bedrooms
• 1 Master room with a King bed, TV, DVD player, private bathroom (shower and corner bath), dressing, direct access to the deck with the pool,
• A spacious bedroom with a Queen bed, TV,
• two bedrooms with two twin beds, TV, the color of lamps change

A large terrace with a swimming pool covered by a mosquito net, a large table, eight chairs.

Very spacious property. Amazing pool area with plenty of outside furniture. Very well equipped kitchen.Large en-suite bathroom off main bedroom.Fab communication from hosts.Lovely, quiet location. Ideal for getting to Disney parks but, depending on traffic, could be approximately 45 to 60 mins to Universal. Only thing I would say is that it is a little "tired" in places.Don't let this put you off though because it is ideal if you want a spacious villa with a great pool area.

This house was very clean, the pool was great. I went in January and it was warm when I first got there, but got cool the next day, but the heated pool was a plus.!! I would love to book again next time I’m in Orlando.

The villa was exactly what we wanted, quiet area, in a cul de sac, not over looked and not too far out from the theme parks. The 4 bedrooms were good sizes and all had ceiling fans. We liked the open plan style of kitchen/diner/living area and especially liked that the master bedroom was on the other side to the teenagers who like to be chatting later at night. The pool was our highlight, perfect temperature and great size, we used it every day and sometimes several times a day. The exterior needed a little attention ( planting to the front and pool areas were a little over grown / needed some pruning and tidying ) but nothing major.

We thoroughly enjoyed our six week stay in this house. The large pool and huge deck were awesome. The house met all our needs. The location was quiet and easy to get to where we wanted to go. We arrived on Friday night and wanted to go in the pool Saturday morning, but the pool was not very clean. The pool company came and shocked the pool and by afternoon, it was fine. The house itself was immaculate and enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet, and the beds were comfy.

This property really made my birthday trip something special. The pool and the pool table both made for great family bonding time and the room were so comfortable even I, who suffers from insomnia, fell asleep right away.

Absolutely fabulous villa, very clean with every amenity you could ask for. Beds were very comfortable and spacious.The pool area was the icing on the cake, biggest pool for any villa we’ve stayed in. We paid for it to be heated (November) and it was like walking into a bath, lovely!Can’t wait to return thankyou so much.

The property is amazing. Yes it’s all that and a bag of chips. Communication between the home owner and myself were quick and easy. The beds were comfy and cozy. Kitchen is fully loaded with any and all appliances. It’s s 5 star rental.
