Quiet and Spacious villa with large and sunny deck.

'Notre Villa de Floride' is in a calm residence with a beautiful deck and large private pool. There is a residential tennis court.

The location is quiet. The neighborhood is charming.
The villa is close enough to highways to go quickly everywhere and far enough from all roads not to be disturbed by their noises.
All the bedrooms are spacious enough for everyone. The large terrace and the pool are south-facing and far away from neighbors.
The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
It's a pleasure to eat breakfast or dinner on the patio.
The supermarkets and many restaurants are closed.

Description:

A fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, large fridge,
freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and utensils.

Four bedrooms
• 1 Master room with a King bed, TV, DVD player, private bathroom (shower and corner bath), dressing, direct access to the deck with the pool,
• A spacious bedroom with a Queen bed, TV,
• two bedrooms with two twin beds, TV, the color of lamps change

Lovely large villa perfect for a large family. My children loved the pool and were in it several times a day! Outside area very spacious, it was too hot to sit out and eat in August. My boys loved the game console and the games available. Davenport is so built up from the last time we visited. Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay to visit the parks it was a great value for money home away from home. Thank you for letting us stay. Some notes (not negatives) Everything was a little tired, could do with a refresh. Information regarding trash collection needs to be updated, we put recycling bin out per instructions only to find they no longer collect in Polk county. My children were really looking forward to playing air hockey but it blows hardly any air so they couldn’t play it. The sun umbrellas were both broken in the garage, (luckily we checked before we went to beach) we brought a beach tent and left it there for others to use. The bottom of pool wasn’t very clean, and the hand rail into pool is very loose. The pool cleaners came but only put in some chemicals. We had a great holiday at Notre villa de Florida and would return in the future.

Great Villa

Lovely place with everything we needed, we had the pleasure of nearly 4 weeks here and loved every minute, lovely big pool and good comfortable beds, reasonable distance to the parks although the I4 does get traffic build up we were generally at the parks within 30 odd minutes. Hosts were brilliant and even accommodated an extra night due to our flights being delayed by 24 hrs. Will stay again and would definitely recommend.

Erneut fantastischer Familienurlaub

Wir haben das Haus zum zweiten Mal gemietet und wurden wieder nicht enttäuscht. Das Ferienhaus ist eine absolut mehr als solide ausgestattete Ferienunterkunft (selbst Küchenutensilien). Die Einrichtungsgegenstände wurden immer wieder erneuert und das Haus ist für ein Ferienhaus sehr geschmackvoll und zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind offenbar im Zustand der Erstausstattung, aber noch immer sehr gut. Die gesamte Technik ist auf Höhe der Zeit und modern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist vorbildlich: Der Eigentümer kümmert sich umgehend um auftretende Probleme (Wäschetrocknerreparatur innerhalb von zwei Tagen!). Für unseren Aufenthalt wurde erstmalig absprachegemäß ein Gas-Grill mit Zubehör angeschafft. Daher ist jetzt alles vorhanden, was wir uns wünschten! Die Lage des Hauses ist für uns ideal: In der Umgebung (bis 15 min Fahrzeit) mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Publix, Walmart, Target, Aldi) und div. Fast-Food-Ketten. Sehenswürdigkeiten ebenfalls alle zu erreichen (bis 30 min: Disney, SeaWorld, Universal; bis 1 h: Tampa, NASA). Wir würden es wieder buchen!!!

Great property with a large pool in a Lovely quiet location

Lovely villa and amazing pool that was clean and a great size. Villa is in a quiet residential area and perfect location to parks etc. Host was very helpful and check in easy. Good size villa with everything we needed. A couple more sun loungers would of been nice 😊 Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Spacious Villa

Excellent Villa

Loved our 2 week stay, everything you need is in this villa, pool area was amazing the whole family enjoyed the pool. Spacious rooms, good bathrooms. Games room in garage. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The area is very quiet, no noise, slept great. Easy traveling to Disney, Universal can take longer due to how busy the I4 can be, but that's no fault of the villa. We will definitely stay here again, it will be my first choice.

Fantastic Property

The property is in a great location, within touching distance of H27 and I4 so makes travelling to parks easy; there are lots of restaurants nearby too. The property had all the amenities required and we spent a lot of time in the pool which is probably the best we've had in any villa we've stayed at. The rooms are spacious and we all enjoyed relaxing in the large living room and playing pool in the garage. Would definitely stay the next time we visit.

Super Cozy!

We had a great stay, fair price. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Very quiet & tranquil neighborhood with mostly older people. Only negative was the ant presence. So we had to be really aware and put just about everything in the fridge immediately after we were done.
