Sunny and Bright describes this beautiful beach home located on the beautiful Isle of Palms. Welcome to the beach! Located just 3 blocks from the beach with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home features a great screen porch with outdoor dining, an amazing open kitchen with oversized center island and large dining table. Living room is spacious and open with a large screen TV. The Master bedroom is on the main floor with a large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks and large walk-in closet. Of the remaining bedrooms, there is a second bedroom on the main floor with 2 additional bedrooms upstairs.

Home Features and Notes: Screen porch, Outdoor Shower, 3 TVs (living room, and 2 of the 4 bedrooms - all are smart televisions). This is a raised home with parking available under the house. Washer and Dryer located on the 1st floor.

Excellent long weekend stay!

Our group had a fantastic stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and common area was comfortable. Loved the screened in front porch! Property manager allowed us to check in early which was an added bonus!

Amazing home

Home was beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location. Just a ~5 minute walk to the beach and a ~5 minute walk to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property in a safe neighborhood, close to beach. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Really enjoyed sitting in screened porch at night! We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent stay

The location is great and the property was clean and well furnished. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and the house was more than spacious. Beach access was less than a 10 Minute walk away. We loved it!

Great House Great Location!

Our group had the best weekend and staying at this property played a major role in that! The location is perfect, with a direct walk to the beach and ease getting to and from the downtown Charleston area via Uber. We LOVED our morning coffees on the screened in porch! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house, a great property to stay

You will love this house, the only issue is the A/C is not cold enough on full summer , sleeping on the 1st floor bedrooms is not pleasant at all… Besides that, is a very nice property to stay

IOP Beach House

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was great too. I'd say the only downsize were the 2 beds that were not the king sized ones. The other 2 were uncomfortable and that's hard because you feel bad when you wake up.

Very good location within walking distance of beach. House was clean, well equipped and with excellent parking room for our 3 cars. Island Realty promptly answered our calls and responded to a complaint about no television access which was quickly fixed with a repair call. Would rent again.

Wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great!! Our second year staying and we love it. We had a minor issue with getting into the house upon arrival. We were given key code instead of keys. We received a call back within a couple minutes and were able to get in with a spare key on the premises. The lady that helped did not apologize and seemed as if she was frustrated. We were thankful for the help to get in the house.

Just what we wanted.

There were a couple of minor maintenance issues including a non working TV but a young man was right out to fix. Very clean and great location - 5 minute walk to beach. Brand new, large 4 burner gas grill which we enjoyed. Would definitely book again.

Family beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house overall. Noted a couple issues on arrival and they sent somebody out quickly. Kitchen needs to be better equipped (plates, cooking utensils, etc.) This was our 2nd year in this house and we were very happy to see the awful woven rattan rugs were gone! Definitely need a golf cart, bike, car etc. to get to the beach as the house is very close to the marina. Only negative was the ant problem that really needs to be resolved. Overall, we had a great visit to our favorite place - the IOP!

Great Fall Getaway

Three couples met here for a wedding event but decided to make it a week long getaway, and boy did this house fit all of our needs and made our week so enjoyable. Love the neighborhood feel in elegance of Isle of Palms, 7 minute walk to the beach and close to marina with a great shop and great breakfast spot. Close for afternoon sight seeing in Charleston. The House was clean and laid out perfectly for our group. We love to cook so we spent alot of time in the spacious and roomy kitchen, love the big island and big round table was perfect for card playing at night! Living room seating was super comfy for Monday Night Football and the best spot in the house was the screened in front porch, coffee in the morning, wine for happy hour and late night chats while seeing coyotes and deer walk thru the neighborhood late at night!! We fell in love with this area and plan on coming back and would definitely stay in this home again!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home to us!!!

Great beach area location!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a relaxing, beach location this is the larger 4 bedroom house for you! If you are looking for Charleston sites of interest, tours, or restaurants this is not! The drive to most locations for points of interest averaged 20 minutes. Uber drivers were not available every time I checked. Finding a 4 bedroom is not easy! We were 4 friends on a girls get away. Bring slippers! Jute rug in living rim and bedrooms actually hurt your feet to walk on them. The home needed a deep clean rather than a quick vacuum, bathroom cleaning and dusting. The living room chairs had slip covers that were dirty. The kitchen had 1 dish towel and 1 wash cloth but all other things needed to make meals - if you could find them! Coffee cups with bowels, pans with serving dish....you get the idea. All in all, nice place just in need of some organization and cleaning that matched the fee paid.

Nice home but not for light sleepers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great for us - second time renting this property. The caveat for "light sleepers" comment is that the 4th bedroom on the upper floor has a window opening to the Great Room. But there is no glass in it so whoever is in that room either gets up early or doses up with the melatonin! There were also some squeaky doors making midnight bathroom visits a way to wake up your spouse - good thing she loves me...Lastly, there was no wine opener to be found....but where there is a will there is a way and with some wino engineering, the wine found its way where is needed to be!
