Great place to stay with a family and young kids. Lots of room and the house had everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Highly recommend.

My family of 9 stayed here for 5 days, and we had a 10, 7, and 1 year old and it was perfect. Very family friendly and toddler friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this house! Lots of helpful things for kids like a kids table and chairs, as well as super close to the beach access for walking. Host was also great and super helpful!

One of the best experience we have. We regularly come here and always have the best time. The house is perfect for our family of 5 with lots of space and so well equipped! Doug is an excellent host and really does it right.

Our fourth year staying at Sun, Sand and Sea. Perfect size for our family. Our host, Doug, is an amazing host and is always very helpful with questions and is always available. We have been very pleased with our stays and booking our time each year is a family priority. Highly recommend Sun, Sand and Sea!

Nicely kept property with a close walk to the beach. Everything is well laid out and the kitchen has everything needed. A comfortable stay and responsive host. Definitely recommend!

Really great place to stay with a short walk to the beach! My family with 4 adults and 4 kids under 7 loved the space we had and especially enjoyed the screened in porch with a tv. Having the convenience of cleaning off after the beach with the outdoor shower was also a huge benefit for us.

We have stayed in this beautiful home before. The owner thinks of everything you could need: well stocked kitchen, starter supplies and easy to follow entry and exit instructions. If you need anything, Doug is just a phone call away. This home is very close to the beach, shopping, the park and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving on IOP. The home was well stocked and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is an easy walk to the beach. The screen porch was a fantastic place to hang out.

Annual Family Vacation

This was a great choice for our family! The house gave us plenty of room, wonderful porch for outdoors, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds! Doug was a great host, available and provided all the information we needed for a great stay!

Wonderful spring getaway!

Doug was a wonderful host and the house was beautiful, clean and perfectly organized. Everything was just as advertised and then some! Just what we needed for a perfect spring break getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to return soon!

Beautiful home and conveniently located!

A group of life long friends looking for a relaxing vacation to reconnect and this home allowed for all 7 of us to be accommodated. The kitchen was amazing with everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The house was clean and spacious! We enjoyed our stay!

Family trip

House is well stocked, clean, close to the beach and short ride to Charleston and Mount Pleasant. We had 8 adults and the home had plenty of space for all of us.

Perfect location on Isle of palms

Doug's place was very clean and organized. Easy little walk to the beach and off the main road. Grocery store 5 minutes away as well. Simple drive into Charleston over the bridge.

Excellent Stay

This house had everything we could ask for to make our stay very accommodating ! The screened in porch was perfect for our family gathering. The location was very convenient to the beach and stores. Doug, the owner was in touch should we have any needs or questions. Would highly recommend and would definately stay again!
