Welcome to Sunny Hilton Head and the Island Club Oceanfront Resort. Our two bedroom ocean view villa will comfortably sleep 5-7. Our unit has an oversized balcony. The master suite includes a king size bed and master bath. The guest room includes two full size beds with its own bath. The Island Club maintains gas grills from a picnic area. The Island Club has nine free tennis courts, a large heated pool with a children's pool, a tanning pool, fitness center, hot tub, basketball, and bike rentals.
The Island Club is a family-oriented resort nestled in 25 acres of prime oceanfront property. Island Club boasts expansive beaches and breathtaking sunrises.
Our two bedroom ocean view villa offers spectacular views that include the ability to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your oversized balcony. The villa will comfortably sleep 5-7, so it is perfect for a family get together. The unit has been totally renovated and updated with all new furniture and decorations. This is a wonderfully decorated, non-smoking unit that is ready to be booked for your next vacation.

This is a top floor, end unit which offers many advantages. First of all, it means you have no one above you or to the right of you. These units have an oversized balcony which means that the entire family can relax to the sound of the crashing waves or take in the sun. In addition, the end unit offers an oversized window in the dining room area that really lets the light shine in. Every attention has been given to the details in this beautifully renovated villa. The master suite includes a pillow top king size bed and master bath with huge walk in closet. Wake to a spectacular view of the ocean from the master bedroom and walk out to the balcony from your private entrance for your morning coffee. The guest room includes two full size beds and a beautifully renovated tub/shower for our guests.

The Island Club is located in close proximity to the beautiful Westin Resort where you can enjoy your favorite tropical drink or enjoy fine dining that is a short walk down the beach (200 yards). If grilling is more your speed, the Island Club offers and maintains gas grills from a beautiful picnic area overlooking the ocean. The Island Club also has every amenity imaginable including nine free tennis courts (including several clay courts), a large heated pool with a waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, a tanning pool, health and fitness center, hot tub, racquetball, basketball, children's playground and bike rentals. The Island Club is also a gated community with 24 hour security.

Pool and hot tub area is typically closed between mid-November through the first week of March each year for winter maintenance. Feel free to contact us about specific dates that are set each year.

Hilton Head has everything anyone could ever hope for in a dream vacation spot. This was our first time staying in this unit and we have already booked a return trip! The unit was clean and well stocked. The owners were extremely helpful and great communicators! We had a small issue and they reached out right away and fixed it! The view is wonderful and we had everything we needed! We have stayed at this complex before and this is by far our favorite unit! We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had every appliance you would need, including spices to cook. The condo included beach chairs and towels. It is a very short walk to the beach and pool. The owners were responsive and communicated quickly. The balcony is nice and has comfortable furniture and makes for a nice side view of the ocean. We will definitely rent again!

This was my family’s second time staying in this beautiful condo. We were very pleased with our stay. It is helpful that beach towels, beach chairs and even a Sun Ninja are provided for guest use. The covered patio with ceiling fan was great for watching the ocean while sipping morning coffee or evening wine. The kitchen has everything you need to make family meals. The Island Club property itself is clean and very family friendly. This will be our go to property when staying in Hilton Head. Marty and Andrea are the best hosts!

Great family vacation rental

Wonderful vacation

We had a great time at Island Club 4502. The condo was sparkly clean and beautifully decorated. Very well equipped with everything you would need. The beds are super comfy and the view off the balcony is beautiful! The owners are wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay

The condo is clean, well decorated and stocked, and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the patio and primary bedroom. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. There is a great playground and play area close by for the kids and a fantastic pool area with 3 different pools (adult, baby, and family). The grounds are well kept and there are chairs/umbrellas for rent on the beach. Our family had a wonderful stay and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Great condo and great location!

The grounds were absolutely beautiful!! The condo was also great! I loved the furnishings and the modern finished kitchen was the best stocked for cooking that I have seen in our many years of vacationing. There was also a very nice view of the ocean/beach. We had a beautiful full moon rise over the ocean the last night of our stay. Great place for our first trip to Hilton Head!

A Great Condo!

As always, we love this condo and its location. Being on the top floor facing the sunrise means great morning views and being on the top floor means we don't hear anyone else around us. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

This was our second time to Hilton Head but first time at this property. It was perfect. Loved having the ocean view. The condo was clean and had everything you might need during your stay. The owners clearly thought of the comfort of their guests. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo and resort

Great property. It's been nicely remodeled and is clean and in excellent condition. We enjoyed the beach view from the bedroom, living room and balcony, and loved being so close to the beach. Since it's a top floor end unit, the condo is very quiet. Wonderful place to stay...we'll just have to arrange for a longer visit next time.

Wonderful vacation!

Best condo in Island Club

We have stayed in many condos within Island club and unit 4502 is by far the best! The unit has everything you need while on vacation including beach gear. The owners go out of their way to meet your needs and are quick to respond if needed.

Fabulous vacation!

This is a fabulous condo! The decor is inviting and the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. All of the amenities were well thought out and we felt at home. The owners were friendly, prompt and helpful. We also had the opportunity to meet the super friendly cleaning team that keeps this property in pristine condition. We highly recommend a visit. Perfect

We had a wonderful week at Island Club. The condo is perfect. Exactly as pictured. Clean. Well maintained. The owners stocked it with everything we could need and more. The view was wonderful. Beach is fantastic. Great communication with the owners. I'm not sure how it could be any better. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

Wonderful Vacation

Marty and Andrea were absolutely amazing to work with. Very quick to respond and help in any way they could. The condo and the surrounding grounds as well as the beach were all so clean and well kept. The gate and security helped us to feel very safe while there with our toddler. The condo itself was beautiful and had everything we could need for our visit, even down to toys and beach chairs. The balcony was one of the prettiest I’ve seen and had a beautiful view. The playground was a huge hit with out toddler, and the mat to the beach access was amazing! So thankful that we were able to find this property and would highly recommend it to anyone!

This space was perfect for our family, it was clean, had great light and views of the sunrise and the master bedroom was big enough to fit a travel crib and inflatable toddler mattress for my young kids. The double beds in the second room are very high and not apt for children but perfect for adults though maybe a bit tight to share. We made use of the pullout couch for this reason and that worked perfectly, everything was outlined for us in the binder Marty and Andrea had for us. Our favorite part of the apartment was the balcony with comfortable seating for at least 4 to watch the amazing sunrises. We were also able to make use of the pool and tennis courts but the beach was the main event and very easy to get to. Lastly, the apartment is incredibly well-stocked, we did a lot of cooking and found all the tools we needed. It was great to have kid plates and cups as well. Marty and Andrea communicated clearly and in a timely manner to ensure we had everything we needed, including proper checkout instructions, and were helpful with some restaurant recommendations for date night! We would absolutely go back.

Perfect!

The Island Club on Hilton Head Island has EVERYTHING! Our unit #4502 was just steps to the ocean and the ocean view was amazing! A playground was right outside our building. The unit was filled with wonderful "upgrades" like the hands-free faucet in the kitchen, double sinks in the master bedroom and even plastic "sippy cups" for our grand kids! It was great to have beach chairs, beach towels and a sun-ninja provided for our use at the beach! Marty had a jar of candy and a bottle of wine as a "welcome gift!" He and Andrea were extremely willing to accommodate our requests! We've already booked next year . . . . but a larger 3-bedroom unit! :)

No Need to Look Elsewhere - Book It

This unit is the perfect get-a-way. Just book it now because you won't find better. This was my family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) second time at the Island Club (past two years), but first year in this unit. This unit is perfection. Unit - It's like home. It IS NOT furnished with cheap furniture like other rented units looking to make a buck. Here the couches, chairs and beds are excellent and very comfortable. Actually the mattress was more comfortable than I have at home. Decorated very nice with great pictures on the walls. Master bedroom had a Portland Headlight picture, which we live 3 miles from at home. The deck is one of the few 5th floor decks that has a roof over it. This allows the owner to have great deck furniture that we spent numerous hours sitting and looking out over the beach/water (sunrises every morning). You can sit out there and not get wet during a shower as other units you're running inside. Kitchen has great appliances (dishwasher, stove, fridge and washer and dryer). Kuerig or filter coffee makers available. Beach chairs, toys and boogie boards. Island Club Complex - terrific. First it is very clean. Cleaned daily by the crew. The crews are always doing something to make the grounds better and it SHOWS! The pool area, tennis courts (you get an hour a day with the unit) and basketball court are all terrific amenities. They rent bikes for $13.00 a day right at the tennis club. Beach - is great. Lots of shelling each morning on my morning walk. Lot of people out walking and dogs playing on the beach. Very laid back atmosphere. During the day, the dogs aren't out there and the beach is perfect to hang out and relax. Location - On the quiet end of the island. Easy to get around. And really close to everything as you are mid way on the island between the bridge and Sea Pines. Owners - They are terrific. They correspond with you on numerous occasions and make sure you have everything you need. They want you to have a great, relaxing vacation and their efforts show! We had a really great stay at and we can’t recommend it enough! The location is perfect with the beach being literally right in front of the condo, making it incredibly easy to spend the day by the water and come back whenever you need a break.One of our favorite features was the balcony, which overlooks a nice courtyard and offers stunning ocean views. Watching both the sunrise with a morning coffee and the sunset in the evening from the balcony was one of the highlights of our trip.The pool area was another standout. It was clean, spacious, and very family-friendly, making it a great place for both kids and adults to relax and have fun together.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Marty and Andrea were very responsive and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out.Overall, this was the perfect place for a beach getaway. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable condo with unbeatable beach access, beautiful views, and a welcoming atmosphere for families, this is the place to stay. We would absolutely return!

My wife and family have been vacationing at the Island Club for over twenty years with our two daughters and extended family. We enjoy visiting Hilton Head more frequently than once a year, so we purchased our first two bedroom unit in 2012. We purchased this condo in 2013 and did modifications and upgrades in 2014 and 2018. In early 2021, we extensively renovated the entire unit with raised ceilings, new bathrooms and a completely new kitchen.
We also own 5504 here at the Island Club and we own a 5 bedroom home at 44 Folly Field Road (just down the road from the Island Club), all of which we rent out throughout the entire year.
