We stay at this Hololani unit quite often to ensure that it is in great shape. In Hawaiian, Hololani means “Gone to Heaven” which is exactly how you'll feel. It is decorated with real Hawaiian art and you'll get a true Hawaiian experience at this Hololani penthouse. The Hawaiian trade-winds add to the experience and are amazing throughout the unit. It’s close enough to all the action (if you want it!) but tucked away enough to feel like your own peaceful paradise.
Kahana is a true local neighborhood with a laid-back vibe, where you’ll find friendly faces, ocean breezes, and that irresistible feeling of "aloha" everywhere you go. You’ll wake up to the sound of waves and watch some of the most incredible sunsets right from the shore. And don’t get me started on the sea turtles — they love this spot as much as we do!

You can stroll along the oceanfront path to grab a coffee at Miso Phat Sushi (a local favorite!) or indulge in a farm-to-table dinner at Maui Brewing Co., which is just minutes from the condo. Feeling like something casual? Head to Captain Jack's at the Sands of Kahana — only a short walk away — for beachfront dining with your toes in the sand and the sound of waves crashing nearby.

What makes this condo truly special is its authentic Hawaiian charm. It was originally furnished by a lovely local woman who lived on Maui for years before returning to the mainland to be closer to family. Her spirit and aloha remain in the space, giving it that warm, “ohana” (family) vibe that feels like home.
We’ve made a few thoughtful upgrades to enhance your experience. Both bedrooms now feature brand-new king-size beds with luxurious bedding — I personally adore bamboo sheets for their softness and cool comfort. We also rearranged some of the decor to make the space feel even more inviting, and yes, we added a large, high-quality TV… though let’s be honest, with all the beauty outside, who’s watching TV in Hawaii?
This property exudes the essence of island living and is perfectly located for adventure and relaxation. You can snorkel and swim right out front, or hop in the car and drive just five minutes along the stunning Honoapiilani Road to Napili Bay — one of my absolute favorite beaches on the island. Head the other direction for about eight minutes, and you’ll find yourself on the iconic Kaanapali Beach.
If you prefer a leisurely stroll, walk along the oceanfront path, and in just three minutes, you’ll reach the Sands of Kahana and the Beach House Restaurant, where you can dine with your toes in the sand, gazing out at the Pacific.
