27 Ocean Club is perfect for a short-term getaway, or a long-term rental where you can work remotely or attend classes online. How great is it to know sun and fun are just outside your door when you step away from the computer. On-site pool! Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were just recently renovated in 2023!

Lounge in the comfy furnishings in the living area that accommodates movie nights or family game nights. Enjoy meals and snacks prepared in the fully equipped kitchen around the dining table, or your outdoor patio where there is also a gas grill - so bring some steaks and ribs! The open plan of the main floor is spacious and decorated in the calming colors of sand and moss.

After a day at the beach or biking around Hilton Head Island, relax at the pool, enjoy grilling steaks on the patio while sipping a glass of sweet tea. Not ready to call it a day? Head back to the beach for some stargazing. Relax to the sounds of the ocean lapping gently against the shore as the stars cast diamond like glimmers on the water.

Comfy beds with fresh linens await you once you are ready to turn in. Restful colors reminiscent of coral and sand add style to the bedrooms upstairs. Slip under the sheets and drift off the sleep thinking about he adventures to come tomorrow. Book now.

The community pool is heated in October and November and in March and April when the outdoor temperatures are above 55 degrees.

Amazing Stay!!

We loved this condo! Check in was super easy- I received texts leading up to our stay that explained everything we needed to know for the check in process (which was basically just the key code) The specific location of this condo on the property was perfect for our family. It is STEPS away from the pool, which made it easy for our teens to go back and forth. The extra beach towels and welcome bag were very thoughtful and came in handy. Overall, we would definitely go back and book this same condo again!

Yay Summer

I loved this property. It’s close to Coligny which has lots of fun restaurants and shops. The beach here is never too crowded. The Host 2 Coast management company is on top of things - lots of communication, details provided, welcome gifts and beach bag waiting for us as we entered the condo. The provided braced towels are a nice touch too.

Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our mini family vacation. It was steps from the beach and we could ride our bikes to anywhere on the island. We loved the newly remodeled upstairs. The whole place was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we will definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Nice Unit

The unit was very clean. Kitchen was well appointed. The air conditioning was not working properly though. The first 3 days weren't that hot so I thought it was the normal "upstairs is warmer" thing but then I figured out that the air wasn't very cold. My dad noticed the AC unit outside was not turning on and off to run the fan. That needs attention. It was 80+ degrees the last 2 nights upstairs.

Great beach location

We enjoyed our 5 week stay. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. The unit was clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is very small and storage is minimal - this was a challenge for an extended stay. The upstairs was recently renovated and is quite nice. The downstairs is due for a refresh soon. There are a few additional items to add to the unit: a safe for valuables, more than one dish towel, small recycle bin in the kitchen (temp holding place before emptying in the large bin outside)

Design, decor, location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: H2C is on point with customer experience and we have stayed with many properties on HHI. This unit is stylish,comfortable,user-friendly, well stocked and clearly- well cared for. The pool was A+ for the kids, and the beach is SO close. We loved that there was still lots of foliage-dune protection, not like the sprawl-development on top of some other beaches. The important stuff- very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, updated everything, fantastic smart tvs for family movie night, board games for a rainy afternoon, charger ports everwhere, love the personalization, and location is quiet but close to everything. We will be back!

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great property. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, tastefully decorated, and newly remodeled second floor with updated bathrooms. The location couldn't be better. Easy walk to shops but quiet, great location on the beach with boardwalk access and foot washing station, and well maintained, heated pool. I was also extremely pleased with Host2Coast's communication and attention to detail. The unit was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the personal touches to make us feel like valued customers. I would not hesitate to stay in this unit or with Host2Coast again.

Wonderful Stay

The accommodation was first class and had all the necessary in house amenities available. It felt like we were staying at a vacation home of our own. Having stayed in Hilton Head several times in this location was ideal for us. Host2coast were a very professional and responsive management group.

Nice place, great location. Only thing I would recommend is a pocket door for the master bathroom. The door seems to be in the way of the shower.

Walking distance to the beach

The location was perfect. We could walk on the beach in the morning, come back for lunch and easily walk back to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place. Everything you need is there (toaster, coffee pot, pots, dishes, etc.). The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The bathrooms are a bit small and outdated but the location trumps the handful of negatives.

We had everything we could possibly need to prepare our meals; breakfast, lunch and dinners. Plenty of games and books for reading at the beach. The beds were comfortable. The complex and this unit is just steps away from the beautiful beach. H2H is a perfect property management company. Not necessary to contact them this visit but previous visits they remedied what ever concern we had. I would highly recommend this unit or any unit that Host2coast manages.

Great location, great unit! Highly recommend

I rent VRBOs 3 or 4 times a year so I’ve rented from a LOT of companies and individuals. Host2Coast brings the wow factor...and I don’t say that lightly. Early check ins are rare these days but they actually called me the day before to tell me the unit would be ready much earlier than the normal check in time because it wasn’t rented on our check in day. They totally didn’t have to do that and it gave us another beach day. This company appreciates your business and it shows. Unit and complex was great. Very clean, hand soap, laundry detergent, etc was included. We would totally rent this unit again. We had one family of 3 and a family of 4 and it was perfect.
