One of the nicest 3 BR condos on the market. Condo has One King Bed in Master Suite, Guest room with ocean views has 2 Queen and third bedroom has 2 Double Beds, and Sleeper Sofa in the living room to sleep 12 people comfortably. Dining Area with Bar Stools. Living room TV with DVD Player and Stereo, Fully Equipped with Sheets and Towels Provided. All on one floor and elevator to bring you upstairs to the third floor with great ocean views. Covered Parking under the building.

Sea Crest has an elevator from the parking area to every floor. There are two outdoor pools, kiddie pool, pool side bar and restaurant, fitness center, indoor small pool and the oceanfront pool is heated in March and April, dates are subject to change.

Great location

The condo was beautiful. Loved the 2 oceanfront pools and quick access to beach and Coligny plaza. Eveything was within walling distance. We will stay again.

Family Vacay

Had a great time at Sea Crest! The condo was clean and well stocked. We traveled with family and the condo had enough space for our group of 11. The location was great for the teenagers in our group. They were able to head across the street to Coligny plaza anytime for ice cream.

Great property, convenient location

This is a nice, spacious condo. I loved being able to use the fitness center this time. The cleaning prior to our arrival could have been better.

Yes, we put all new furniture in the living room and huge new TVs mounted on all the walls in the bedrooms. Condo looks great. Spectacular location near shops and restaurants. Come back soon, Hilton Head Vacations

Great Location

Seacrest is a very nice complex right on the beach. We love Pool Bar Jim’s. The condo itself could definitely use some repairs. Handle on patio slider was falling off, shower in master continually dripped and the wall beside the shower was wet but must say AC worked great!

Family vacation

First time staying in a condo was ok just used to a house rooms were spacious but would move the king bed to one of the other bedrooms was clean for the most part were some cosmetic issues that needed addressed door to outside patio was ready to fall off called about it and noone came to look at it

April, thank you for the feedback, yes, it was the handle was loose, not the door was falling off. We have addressed that. What a wonderful huge condo and location. The condos are 2,000 sq feet and the bedrooms are very large at this condo. This is not a true representation of the size of the bedrooms in condos. Homes, yes, they may be bigger. This is one of the largest oceanfront condos on the entire island with the bedrooms large enough to hold two doubles and two queen size beds with plenty of room to walk around. Annual HHI trip

We have been coming to HHI for our annual trip, for several years now, and have always stayed at Seacrest! This unit was large enough to accommodate my larger family, that joined this year. It was nice that each bedroom essentially had their own bathroom, very beneficial! Kitchen was pretty well stocked except for essentials like salt and pepper. The unit itself needed some repairs done, but it sounded like the property manager knew about them. Overall the unit is in a great location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants! Would stay here again.

Girls trip

Great location and size of condo. Unit could use some updating. Ice maker for sure! Also bathroom vanity beat up in bathroom. Missing toilet paper roll too. Double beds not comfortable; squeaky. Would stay at Sea Crest again but probably a different unit.

Location location location!

We had a fantastic stay at this SeaCrest Unit. The location was perfect, right on the beach and across the street from shopping and restaurants at Coligny Plaza! Also Adventure playground was a quick 5 min walk away. The pool was well maintained and Pool Bar Jim’s was a great place for a fun drink! The unit itself was perfect for our group size. every bathroom had a soaker tub and shower! One issue that did not negatively impact our stay but that would be good to address before the next busy season: washer dryer unit in closet was not venting well causing condensation on interior of door that then dropped down making it appear like a washer leak. Easy to throw a towel down when running the washer/ dryer though! :) I HIGHLY recommend staying here to anyone on the fence. We will definitely be back!

Resort was beautiful. Pools were big and clean. Pool Bar Jim’s was awesome to have on site for food and drinks. Condo was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. Steps from the beach.

Great location and spacious clean condo

Our family had a great time staying at SeaCrest! Great location with the beach and pools right outside. Tons of shops and restaurants to walk to. The condo was clean, spacious, and has a view of the ocean. The guys in our family rented golf clubs from Robert and the golf club rental was a seamless process. The clubs were clean and great quality. 5 stars on the condo and on the golf club rentals! We plan on coming back to stay at SeaCrest!!

Great location but minor updates needed

Much dust and dirt under beds, on lamps, and floors. Updates/repairs needed: bathroom drawer, drywall near shower,exhaust fan in bathroom, several lamps didn’t work, bent and dirty blinds. However, the size of this condo and the location is fantastic! Family room couches appear new. Nice pools and access to parking garage, and great proximity to beach. Right across street from Coligny Plaza restaurants/shops. Elevators were very slow.

Total relaxation

Love this area this is the second time staying here at Sea Crest great location, clean and well maintained. Bonus having Pool Bar Jim's right on the beach, will definitely be returning.

Great Condo

Very large condo, fit our family of 10 perfectly. Great ocean view from side balcony. Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils, good stuff, not cheap! Would rent there again

Nice vacay - in spite of some issues

Overall, the complex is very nice and conveniently located. Elevator was broke 2 days which was inconvenient with little ones and beach gear. Our unit's living room furniture was very beat up, the outside furniture was lacking and the cleaning crew was pretty lame. The space in the condo is excellent which provided everyone to be together, but separate!!!

Hilton Head Holiday

Overall, it was a great stay. The location is very convenient and close to the beach and restaurants. The one down side to this condo was the furniture being worn down. The couch cushions were completely sunken in and one of the bathroom cabinets had the front cover broken.

Great Location

The place is awesome, just few steps away you walk to back yard beach. The condo itself is very spacious. The bathrooms are attached to each bedrooms so adds privacy to each family. The check in process could have been easier and more directional. Also the pots and pans are not that great quality. Make sure you take your bath tissues, paper towels and trash bags. Forget watching TV as its pc of junk. Other than that we enjoyed our 4 day stay, make sure you try the sea food at Hudsons!

We would stay again!

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we were so happy with the location of this condo complex. We had everything we needed right on site (two pools, easy oceanfront access, walk up restaurant/bar). The complex was close enough to all the shops and restaurants that it was easy to walk back and forth with young children, but not so close that we were ever disturbed by noises from the town. The kitchen was stocked, there were plenty of linens and bath towels and even hangers in the closets.

Hilton Head in October

Checkin was confusing as no one was in the office at my check in time. I had to go to a remote box to pick up my package. I called the office number to ask questions and two hours later, my call was finally returned. The condo looked amazing in the photos. However, the dishwasher didn’t clean utensils well and the dryer wouldn’t dry clothes. They were old and needed to be replaced. The hot water ran out after after only one bathtub was filled. We enjoyed the time spent with our family but would choose another condo.

Good location

This location is excellent. It is right on the beach and right across the street from Coligny plaza. Place was clean. Pools were crowded and closed at 6pm. Only complaint were sheets on beds were cheap and shabby and one of the beds squeaked every time you moved.
