The residence was conveniently located in a quiet area to serve as a staging area for explore the Atlanta destinations, including the Georgia Aquarium and Truist Park.

Photographs well, but not great once you get there. The neighborhood was not good. Did not feel totally safe during the stay. One of the bedrooms we ended up not being able to use because the ceiling started leaking and cracked open. We tried contacting the host through the app and the cell phone numbers provided. Finally got a response, and all they did was come change out the towels and the bowl under the leaking ceiling. The furniture and mattresses were all very cheap and basic. The lights started to not work in the master bathroom. We ended up leaving a night early and getting a hotel for the last night.

There was a bit of an ant problem around the entrance. Not a huge problem, but there wasn't much I could do to get rid of them because I have a severe ant allergy. Otherwise, it was really great. It looks more spacious in person than advertised.

DO NOT stay at the house, it’s in a horrible area and not safe for anyone! Gun shots going off often! And Police all over the place because of the area and calls they were responding to.

Just minutes from town in an okay neighborhood. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would have liked baking pans and towels in each bathroom instead of having to hunt for them in the other bathroom. All in all would stay here again in we return to Atlanta.

The lawn needed to be cut and there was trash in the lawn. The house was nice and had enough room for our family. We were in contact with the host up until the day we showed up. The bedroom next to the hallway bathroom did not have any electricity in it. We tried to alert the host however there was no response. Make sure to have a flashlight or battery operated light if you stay in that room. It was in a perfect location for us and for what we were there for. Marta is in walking distance and downtown was only 10 mins away.

Hse was good… Close to everything we did.. may only drawback is the heat! We checked in Friday night and turn the heat up and it took til Monday for the heat to really kick-in.There were small portable heaters available which did work but they kept popping the fuses

Property was not as new as pictures shown. The Wi-Fi never worked, so the tv’s weren’t accessible, even after trying to get it fixed with the owner.

This was the absolute WORST I’ve ever stayed in. There was NOT HOT WATER to bathe and I stayed for 2 nights . I contacted the host and they said they were sending maintenance that never came . The Tile on the floor was lifting leading me to almost falling on my face multiple times . There were only 2 wash rags when I stated that there were 3 guests attending . There was an empty liquor bottle left on the back porch which leads me to think that they didn’t properly clean the house after the last guests left. This house is a TOTAL CATFISH, the neighborhood is also not good . DO NOT BOOK

My stay here was disappointing overall. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and consistently went in and out. The listing photos were also misleading. We expected three bedrooms with queen beds, but instead there were two rooms with a bunk bed and a single bed. While this was manageable, it was not what was advertised.The backyard patio was very dirty and unusable, so we did not use that space at all. The heating system in the home barely worked, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially with nighttime temperatures dropping below 25 degrees. Portable heaters were provided, but they were not sufficient.Around 2–3 a.m. the night before checkout, we plugged in one of the heaters and the power went out in the front part of the house. Because this occurred late at night and on our checkout day, it could not be addressed during our stay. I reached out to the owner afterward to report these issues and to see if we could come to some sort of resolution regarding our experience at the property, but I have not received a response at the time of writing this review.

Clean but not up to expectations based on photo

My friends and I decided to end our stay prematurely due to the house not meeting our expectations. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was not flushing properly. The couch seemed to be broken and not the one that was originally pictured. The coffee tables were mismatched. The cabinets in the kitchen were missing knobs and there was a random lone hoteplate sitting on the stovetop. There were huge holes in the bottom of the house on the exterior. They were large enough for a person/animal to fit through and were a huge safety concern in that area of Atlanta. It would’ve been nice to have had an accurate description/pictures of the house prior to booking . We arrived and we’re starving, so we stayed long enough to eat our pizza and then left to stay somewhere else for the night. I reached out to the host but have not received a response as of today.

The location is not ideal as it is located in a high crime area. The sofa was uncomfortable and there was not any other furniture for the den area other than dining chairs.

It was a smooth and easy process, the property with in its slef served it purpose. It was pretty quite neighborhood. The in amenities of the property exceed expectations 10/10 i would highly recommend
