Recently remodeled with an open floor plan, 3 TV's with cable service & free Wi-Fi. Beautiful leather couch & 2 lounge chairs in the living room, large dining table, fully-equipped kitchen with full-size washer & dryer. Patio furniture on the screened lanai. King bed in the master, and 2 full-size beds in the guest room. The Pelican Landing complex has a lot to offer - lots of friendly people, heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, club house, and boat docks. (Rental rate does not include the departure cleaning fee, tax, or security deposit.)
