Steps to the Beach! ⛱
Our condo is just steps from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico/America and the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve. Our unit has 2 separate rooms for sleeping each with their own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a full bath with an updated shower and a large closet. The second room is an office/bedroom with a pullout twin size Murphy bed and a half bath. We have also added a queen pull-out sofa bed and a queen blow up mattress to sleep a 4th person in the living room area if necessary. Comforter, sheets, pillows and blankets are also provided for all beds as well as linens and towels for bath and beach. All essentials are provided for a relaxing stay!
Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last minute essentials. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk. Just call Stumpy’s Free Ride (https://www.facebook.com/StumpysFreeRide)
Sunburst Condos have bay access with a private dock (first come first serve) just across the street where you can enjoy the sunrise, pull your boat up to go fishing, launch your kayak through the state park mangroves, or take a swim in the pool. You can walk to the beach side and enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico/America by day and its amazing sunsets at dusk. There is also a common area if you choose eat or grill outside on both the beach and bay sides of the property.
Manasota Key has several beautiful public beaches to visit, especially Stump Pass Beach State Park which is located on the southern most tip of the island. It is a true gem! Explore remote white sandy beaches which are perfect for fishing, swimming, and beach combing! Visitors can launch a kayak and paddle around the two islands just east of the park's land base. While at the park, visitors might see West Indian manatees, gopher tortoises, snowy egrets, least terns and magnificent frigate birds. Ranger-led nature hikes are available in the winter.

Our family of four enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room with three beds. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked the majority of our meals in-house for our seven day trip. Not only are you literally steps away from a very clean, non-crowded beach; but you are also a short drive from town for supply runs.

This is such a beautiful spot on the beach! It is very cozy, so clean and was stocked with essentials. Our host is wonderful and she stayed in touch in case we needed anything. It was such a perfect way to relax for our week long vacation. We found lots of shark teeth while sifting through the sand. All restaurants were within walking distance and good! We will definitely stay again next visit to Manasota Key!

The third time staying at the Sunburst Condo's and this was the nice unit we've had. Amy the owner was answered any questions we had. Vary nice place to stay.

Amy went above and beyond for us! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and well appointed. We have rented on VRBO for several years and she is by far the best owner! Stay at her place, you will not regret it!

Weekend Getaway
Just PERFECT for my husband and I to getaway for a weekend. Only steps away from the beach and the beautiful sunsets. Property was clean, and the decor was so nice!!

Our vacation at Sunburst
We had a great month at this condo in Sunburst complex. Very clean and comfortable and everyone staying there were so welcoming and friendly. The only thing that we would prefer is the ability to sleep two in the extra bedroom should we have company for a few days.The location is wonderful!!

Thank you Deborah for your lovely comments and the wonderful feedback! We agree and we really want to put bunk beds in that back room because it is a small room. I don't know if you knew while you were staying but we added a new pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. We purchased a special board that you place under the mattress when it is opened and it is very comfortable! We hope that you stay with us again soon!

My husband & I stayed here from July 17–25, and I truly can't say enough wonderful things about our experience!From the very beginning, Amy was absolutely amazing to work with. Her communication was outstanding! Every question I had was answered quickly, and if she didn't know the answer right away, she found out and got back to me promptly. It's so refreshing to have an owner who genuinely cares about her guests!The condo was spotless when we arrived and decorated so beautifully—it immediately felt like home! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, if not better! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of extra beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas available. It was such a nice bonus not having to pack or purchase those extra items.During our stay, a tree unexpectedly fell across the dock where our boats were. I contacted Amy, and she immediately reached out to the maintenance team, who quickly came out and removed it. Her prompt response and willingness to help made all the difference and showed just how much she cares about her guests' experience.We honestly hated to leave on Saturday because we felt so comfortable and at home during our stay. It was truly a relaxing, stress-free vacation, and we made so many wonderful memories.We will definitely be returning for another visit! Perfect
My wife and our son stayed here for a week and the condo was perfect. The condo itself was very clean and seemed to have recently been updated. The location was awesome as we were a few steps from the boardwalk leading out to the beach. We would definitely rent this place again in the future.

Great stay
Everything was as described. The unit had everything you could want to make it comfortable. The beach was literally steps away with a nice deck area. Pool was across the street but we did not see it as an inconvenience at all. Met some really nice people there too! Quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance.
