• Paid parking is available in the building. Please note that parking spaces are limited in the building on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking in the garage is unavailable, you may utilize paid parking lots located close to the building.
Things to know
• Just a heads-up: parking spots are limited. You can secure your spot by booking in advance, and we'll provide detailed instructions on how to do so in your booking confirmation and check-in instructions.
• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request
• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

Nice place

Property was as stated in posting. Bed was comfortable. Needed towels in kitchen but we just used one of the hand towels. Other than that, it had everything we needed. Overall it was comfortable but definately a rental property.

Great Location and View

Everything was amazing. Only problem was if you have a long night don’t plan on sleeping in. Building construction including loud banging etc starts around 8:00am. This wasn’t ideal after a long night on the town. Make sure to pay close attention to your location if you plan on using Uber from the property as it defaults across the street normally. Other than that this trip was amazing!!

Nice apartment to stay in NOLA with the family

The apartment was as advertised. Clean, bed was comfortable. Nice to have coffee with the machine to make in the morning. Sleeper sofa for the kids worked great for the kids after the repair. When we were setting up the Sleeper we noticed the pull out portion was not connected to the rest of the couch. We called Hosteeva. They had a repair man out the next day. He was a very nice man, super polite and fixed the couch quickly and efficiently. Only issue is parking. But this is normal for the area. We ended up parking across the street in the parking garage. Expensive but safe. No issues. Do not park in the open lot on the corner. Heard warnings of vandalism. Great stay overall.

Atrociously bad management

This company cost me a ton of money by insisting I mail something to the building via USPS and would have access to the mailbox. I was told this in writing on multiple occasions. I was unable to access the mailbox for four days, and had to cancel two days of extremely important meetings as a result. Considering legal action.

Worked well for us

Nice condo on outer edge of business district; one block back from Canal St. We don't mind walking, so it was very walkable for everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen equipped with basics, but could have used some dishtowels and a mixing bowl! No remote for BR TV. Plenty of shampoo, soap, coffee/filters, sugar provided. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Great location and Unit size was perfect!

The Condo size was perfect and conveniently located downtown. I would have given 5 stars but the off-site parking was expensive.

This is an AWESOME property. You will NOT need a car! We loved how anything that came up.was taken care of within 5 minutes. We will be back.

Great location, horrible bed

The location was great. The property was great. We did have issues with code getting in, but it was resolved after a few calls. There space was roomy and clean. The downside - the bed is THE WORST I've ever stayed in. One side of the bed is fantastic - the other side - closest to the door - has a permanent indention in the bed and you literally feel like you are falling out of the bed. To get to the middle it feels like you have to move to a whole new bed 10" taller than the one you are in. The difference is significant. I slept on the "good side" of the bed the first night and couldn't understand what my husband was complaining about. He said the bed was awful and he had back ache and migraine after sleeping in it. So I switched sides with him and I was SHOCKED!! I woke up the next day with a big headache and a backache that hasn't gone away. If they replaced the bed, I'd give this place 10/10. Because of the bed - 2/10. Sleep is important and that bed is horrid!
