This beautiful villa is located on the second floor of Tennis Club Villa's, located in East Beach Village. The screened in balcony overlooks the Roy Barth Tennis Courts and the Turtle Point Golf Course is less than a one minute drive away. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride to the Night Heron Park, this conveniently located villa is the perfect villa for golfers or the ready to relax couple. The bedroom features a kind sized bed and 34" flat screen T.V. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower (no tub) and single vanity. The living room features a 54" flat screen T.V and comfortable seating. The kitchen has an open floor plan equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a meal.
Please Note: This villa does NOT have resort amenities, such as Pool access and discounts on Golf or Tennis

Our condo was clean and well-equipped….but the thing I appreciated most was how easy Patricia made check-in and the rental. She was awesome!

Our stay here was perfect. The space was clean, organized, and everything was easily accessible. The walk to the beach was short and we had no trouble finding our way around. Overall, would recommend.

This home is clean and modern. Kitchen is stocked well to cook meals. The location is perfect for biking to the beach or Freshfields for shopping. Love the screened in porch for morning coffee.

We love Kiawah and have turned it into a couples getaway every year. So far, this is the best rental we’ve come across. Reasonable price for a one bedroom for 2 people. Check in process was seamless and the host was very prompt with communication, even working with us on check in/out times. This villa is much more updated than the others in the area and it was very clean. Very close to the beach with a short walk. Only concern was how dated the lock was with security and how easy it can be to get locked out. Would have been nice to have something with a deadbolt with a more sense of security. Overall terrific experience and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a small place to take a beach getaway. Look forward for a future return!

We were so happy with this condo! It was clean, comfortable and updated. Patricia was wonderful and very accommodating. The location was perfect for those playing tennis at the Roy Barth tennis facility. We would highly recommend this property.

Everything was excellent. The only thing we would do the next time get something on the first floor due to the stairs I had to climb. other than that everything was superb.

Everything was wonderful - our host was exceptionally helpful in guiding us with a thorough memo and helping us in a friendly conversation: the condo was a perfect size for the two of us, well designed, beautifully decorated and furnished, well appointed and conveniently located. The bed was very comfortable and furnished with lovely linens. We would love to come back!
