THE SPACE
We are excited to offer Blue Star Bungalow for your next St. Simons Island vacation. This is a one level home, with the entrance upstairs through screened in front porch. As you enter the pool area, there is a covered patio area with a gas grill and outdoor bath with shower. Upstairs you enter into the well equipped kitchen and dining area. The family room has a gas fireplace, books, games and a 65" Smart TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Master, 65" Smart TV and has a king bed with ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a shower. Guest bedroom, 24" TV and has a queen bed with walk in closet. Second Guest bedroom, 42" TV and has two single beds with a walk in closet. Guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with combination tub/shower.

Pool is 12 X 30 and can be heated for a daily fee of $75.

This home is pet friendly for your dog. Must get approval from host before bringing your pet. A fee of $600 for one-dog will apply.

Whether a romantic getaway or a family gathering, Blue Star Bungalow is an excellent choice located at 4310 14th Street. This is not a party house and occupancy maximums will be enforced and events may not be hosted at this location.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $600 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
