Welcome home to High Tide A! We have owned High Tide since late 2014 and it has been our pleasure to host guest from all over the country at this beautiful property.
High Tide A has all BRAND NEW PELLA doors & Windows. We keep the unit very well stocked and well maintained. New Bedroom furniture May of 2024. Updated Master Bath. Fully remodeled kitchen Early 2025. The views of the beach & sunset are some of the best you will find on SSI! Photos do not do it Justice!
High Tide A has 2 floors with 3 Bedrooms and 3 full Bathrooms. It offers incredible Ocean Views as well as convenient access to all of the island's most popular restaurants and attractions. This property is located right on the beach. It has a private lawn out front for relaxing, sunning, and grilling. If you tire of lounging on shaded porches or walking on the beach, a short ten-minute walk will find you at the village where you can enjoy a number of restaurants and a stroll down the famous Saint Simons Pier - you may even spot a big catch being reeled in! A walk in the opposite direction will take you to the famous island restaurant duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap.
The main floor of High Tide A has a full kitchen, 6 person dining area, a wonderful living room that opens to a really cool porch which leads down to the beautiful lawn and the beach. There is one bedroom with a full bath on the main floor. The second floor has the large Master Bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the Ocean and its own private bathroom as well as an expansive closet. Also located on the second floor is the second guest bedroom and bathroom as well as the laundry room.
All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat-screen televisions and the house is wi-fi enabled.
High Tide is a beautiful Ocean Front Cottage on the beach that has 3 separate units each with its own entrance, living areas and porches. While High Tide A is a stand-alone unit, it can be combined with Unit B & the Penthouse to serve as the perfect location for reunions, corporate retreats, family vacations, and gatherings.
Parking: Unit A includes TWO parking spaces. Street and public parking are available.
Ryan Saunders, our property manager, takes excellent care of our guests and lives right around the corner. Like any good neighbor, he's only a phone call away should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable.
We recommend our guests purchasing travel insurance.

Wonderful modernly-appointed beachfront property and great location (8 minutes walk to village). Check in/out was easy. Host (Ryan) was super responsive. Will definitely be back !!!

Love this spot. This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed there! The view is spectacular beach front,short walk to the village and pier,and great restaurants.Plus the kitchen had recently been beautifully redone.Ryan Saunders, our host,is super friendly and helpful!We can’t say enough about the condo and St.Simons!

Beautiful property. Excellent view. Wonderful accommodation. Host made sure we had everything we needed. Enjoyed every minute we were there. Stayed 6 nights and that wasn’t enough. Definitely plan to return.

Beautiful place, very clean and loaded with amenities. Loved the location, walkable to both the Pier Village and the King and Prince area. Ryan is a great host, very helpful and friendly. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in spectacular location.Tasteful, high quality, furnishings and impeccably clean. We really appreciated how generously the apartment was provisioned. So many basics fully provided for.But the location and views puts it over the top as a great place to stay. We were entertained by the variety of activity on the beach. And the little one in our party loved the ability to run in and out to the beach at will.Perfection!

10/10 - Beautiful view and excellent amenities. Short walk to the Pier/Pier Village with countless restaurants and shops. Would stay again. The host, Ryan, was great to work with. He was very responsive and happy to give recommendations for the area.

Perfection! Beautiful home, meticulously kept with many thoughtful and unexpected touches. Special location with quiet beach and easy walk to pier with quaint downtown and dining options. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

I highly recommend High Tide A. Beautiful condo and right on the beach. It was immaculate. Ryan was an excellent host and is there for anything you need. We will definetely be back next year.

We loved our first visit to St Simons Island! This rental was great, perfect view, and close to the pier. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay, as always, at hide tide. Great views and the place is very welcoming.
This was our 3rd time staying at High Tide and checkin andnout could not have been easier. Cant wait to come back.

Amazing views and location
This property was amazing! The views were breathtaking and right on the beach. The location was great and easy to get to the village and East Beach area. I would definitely stay here again!
