Sitting on the second floor (end unit) of the King and Prince Condominium South Beach Villas complex, enjoy sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean. Sit on the balcony with your favorite beverage and make your vacation dreams come true. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the beach and take advantage of the buildings private pool and whirlpool. THIS UNIT HAD PREVIOUSLY NEVER BEEN IN THE RENTAL POOL AND WAS COMPLETELY RENOVATED. We had a great time here! The condo was very spacious, updated furnishings, and clean! The beds were also super comfy! Check in was smooth and the unit is very close to the beach being on the end. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent views of the ocean from our 2nd floor, corner unit. The host was easy to communicate with and he had recently renovated the condo. Easy access to the ocean, our private pool, and the amenities offered by the King and Prince Hotel.

This villa is perfect! The location is great and the views spectacular. The access to the beach and the King and Prince pools is so easy. Brad was very helpful, and our group of all ages enjoyed a wonderful vacation! We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful place!

We loved our stay! Such a great location and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and the views were fantastic. So nice to have a fireplace for the cooler rainy days. Well appointed kitchen. We plan to come back.

Great family spot

We had a wonderful time at St. Simons! The condo was exactly as pictured and had plenty of space for our group of 6. The amenities at the King and Prince are excellent! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, we were even able to walk the beach down to the pier. Overall a great family trip!

Great girls get away

First time for any of us on St Simons Island and it was fabulous! The condo was perfect, location was excellent and the views were spectacular! We hope to return someday and would definitely stay at this resort and this specific condo.
