It is ideally designed for your stay with friends or family. Its gable terrace makes it completely independent to enjoy moments of relaxation or take meals. You will be in the heart of the countryside and nature. You will have access to a large wooded plot of land on which a pond is located. On the ground floor, you have a kitchen, open to a large space integrating living room and dining room, to meet in a friendly atmosphere. Here, each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
A bedroom with bathroom (shower / toilet) is accessible for people with reduced mobility (2 twin beds 90x190cm). On this level there is also a master suite (1 bed 140x190cm) with its mezzanine (1 bed 90x190cm and 1 bed 120x190cm), bathroom (shower) separate toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 other bedrooms each with (1 bed 160 x 190cm). A 90 bed can be added if necessary. All bedrooms have a desk. For security, cameras are installed at the entrance to the property.
The cottage is fully equipped with a reversible heat pump (heating in winter, air conditioning in summer). The Lurcy-Lévis racing circuit is 1km away.
