SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space making it the perfect destination for  family reunions, weddings or business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

This one bedroom, and one bathroom condo accommodates up to four and is brimming with expansive gulf-front views. The bathroom has been beautifully newly renovated, offering a fresh and modern feel, and a recently added laundry room with a washer and dryer provides extra convenience during your stay. The kitchen is pristine, fully equipped, and loaded with substantial cabinet and counter space for meal prep. Watch a movie from the couch in the living room with flat-screen TV or catch a sunset on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Doze on the queen-sized sleeper sofa or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
