Clean and great location. You will need to bring supplies and the basics like trash bags, coffee filters. That was unexpected. But the place is definitely family friendly.

Thank you for your note and your reservation! I am sorry there was any disappointment - I would have loved to correct immediately. There should have been trash bags in the room and if I had known, I would have gotten housekeeping to bring more to you. Also, housekeeping is to leave a starter coffee with filter for your initial use, along with my condo three coffee maker options - a French pot (requires no filter), Keurig (uses Keurig pods) and the drip pot that should have been provided starter coffee. I hope you will contact me or any owner during a future stay to request any needed missing items. We all want your beach holiday to be excellent!

Would absolutely recommend for a beautiful stay right on the beach in a beautiful place! Loved our time at the Pelican resort - great location love having the views of all of Destin! The beach was beautiful! Amenities were good, lots of pools and fun tiki bar!! Great for a family of four (2 teens) we had plenty of space and room to relax!

Great vacation spot!

Pelican was a great place to stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable the amenities with three pools, great bar drinks and excellent cafe food. This was very centrally located to all the fun adventures!

Excellent for families

This was as good as advertized! Our family of 4 stayed for a week and the location was perfect, great twin beds for our teens and easy access to the beach! The on site cafe and tiki hut was a great option too!
