Where do I start?! The view was GORGEOUS. The property felt so safe where it was private & secure. The amenities were awesome ! & the condo itself was beautifully decorated & so clean & nice. Our children LOVED our experience just as much as my husband & I did.

The condo itself was absolutely prefect. The beautiful beachfront balcony was awesome! The host was great, helpful and easy to get in touch with. The issues my family had were with the resort itself. They do not have enough elevators for the property size and elevators have no air conditioning. Also the security around the pool area are extremely strick. Kids couldn't even play with a ball in the pool.

We had a great stay and Alice was very responsive to our questions. Unit was clean and everything was as advertised. It was nice having the small washer/dryer in the unit. View was amazing as shown! We would definitely stay here again when in Destin! Getting in and out of the property is a little tricky with all the traffic but a great location.

Just an OK experience at Pelican Beach

The check in process is very slow between being informed of room readiness at the last possible time listed and no access of the limited 8 luggage carts that were available among all the other guest jocking for spots up front to unload vehicles. Only the main lobby elevators were in operation which further delayed any movement throughout the complex. During hours from 0900 to 2100 it would often take 20 minutes to get into an elevator and stop between multiple floors which serviced no guest. Also, there is no beach service offered with the units and the company providing service on the beach routinely sold out so i would plan ahead a reserve before your vacation.

Excellent for families

This was as good as advertized! Our family of 4 stayed for a week and the location was perfect, great twin beds for our teens and easy access to the beach! The on site cafe and tiki hut was a great option too!

Great vacation spot!

Pelican was a great place to stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable the amenities with three pools, great bar drinks and excellent cafe food. This was very centrally located to all the fun adventures!

Right in the middle of Destin.

The condo was clean, our balcony had a view of the Gulf and two pools down below. My 6 year old really enjoyed the inside/outside pool.The Cafe and bar was convenient and priced well. Over all a good stay.

Great condo with amazing views and amenity’s

We loved this condo. Right on the beach, several pools, convenient tiki bar for drinks and snacks, and a wonderful experience. The view is impeccable and the location was great. The condo was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our visit

Beautiful property, the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Only recommendations for guests would bring some kitchen/laundry items i.e. spices, coffee, trash bags, paper towels, etc.

Perfect location

This property is perfectly located in the heart of Dustin near anything you could want - shopping, restaurants, seafood to go, fun for kids, etc. We loved being located directly on the beach. The condo was great for a quick getaway - we will definitely return.

Family Vacation
