We absolutely LOVED this condo!!! The patio was amazing!! The living room furniture was comfy. The kitchen had everything you needed! The beds were great! 10/10 recommend this condo!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This was a great location. Great access to the beach, pools and lazy river. Loved the adult areas. The amount of space was great. The kitchen was stocked, even had a crock pot! Extra floats were available in the unit. Great view, great outdoor furniture. The Cafe was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only slight downfalls were that the floors weren't very clean, we swept them but couldn't find a mop. The couch sits deep and was hard for some of our group to get out of. The beds were comfortable but the master bed has a squeak and jets in the jetted tub didn't work. Those things were minor and did not stop us from having a wonderful time. We met a lot of nice people and watched some beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. Thank you so much.

The property had everything we needed! There were plenty of activities for the kids; they were never bored. The host was wonderful to work with and made the check-in/check-out process so easy. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Because of our group size, I needed a way to print our boarding passes, and the front desk staff was more than willing to accommodate my need. I would definitely stay here again when in Orange Beach.

This unit was GREAT. We only have compliments about this condo morning negative to say!!! Loved it! Perfect view of pool, lazy river and no obstructions to beach!!

Perfect for families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a perfect spring break with multiple families including kids. Perfect location, lots of amenities so even if it’s chilly there’s plenty to do.

Room was great! I think the property needs assigned parking spaces! Pool was dirty at times but there were a lot of guest. Pool area needs monitoring, guest taking tubes for lazy river to their rooms or holding them at their lounge chairs! Guest placing towels on lounge chairs at 6 am and then not coming to the pool until late afternoon. One day at 10 am 90 % of lounge chairs had towels on them with only a dozenAdults in the pool! ELEVATORS were so SLOW!!! Spent a lot of time waiting for them! Overall it was a great experience!!! Room was pricey but everyone had a great time!!!

Okay stay

There was NO sleeper sofa. Balcony door VERY difficult and screen off. Kitchen stocked very nicely and view good. Elevators are a disaster! Six elevators for 32 floors… good luck! Being on fourth helps but still horrific getting to first floor. Very crowded area.

Hello, there is a Murphy bed in the living room, the condo sleeps up to 12. Yes, being on floor 4 is much better than 20th floor. Please let us know if we can help with a future stay!

Parking Situation is a Huge Ripoff

My family has stayed at this complex for years. We love the amenities and the location. Our unit was very nice. It was clean and well appointed. My only complaint about the unit is its proximity to the pool, it tends to be a bit noisy. My major complaint is the parking situation. The cost has rapidly climbed to 60 per vehicle. I always try to rent on a floor where our unit is easily accessed from the parking garage. This year, floors 2-4 were cordoned off and we were required to park on other floors even though the complex wasn’t close to full occupancy. That was the first two days. After that, floors 2-6 were cordoned off, requiring us to park on higher floors. We never could detect a reason for this as there was no construction taking place. This situation wasn’t listed in the posting either. I realize this is a first world problem, but I like to get what I pay for and in this case, I did not.

Great condo. comfortably fit 10 people. Elevators are a nightmare, but luckily it’s easy to take the stairs since only on 4th floor. Very family friendly place! loved it.

I highly recommend this property on the 4th floor. We parked on the same level so had no issues with elevators. It wasn't too loud over the pool and had an amazing view of the ocean! The 1st level hot tubs were often crowded, however we went to the 2 on the 14th floor and had it to ourselves with a fantastic view! There were 3 pool innertubes in the closet in the master bathroom. We used the ones already at the pool, so didn't need those. There were many restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Publix is about 5 minutes away. DoorDash delivers to this condo. Just meet them in the lobby. The trash chute is at the end of the hall by 401. I recommend bringing several trash bags. There was a bar of soap for each sink except the kitchen. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for each shower. We had plenty of towels, too. If you want a stress free condo that is beautifully and comfortably decorated, choose this one!

Oasis in Gulf Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious. It was more room than we needed, but we wanted to be able to move around freely and not feel cramped. Beautifully decorated with up to date furnishings. Over all appearance was clean, but there were Fruit Loops underneath one of the couches and the top insert covering to a deodorant container lying behind the master bathroom door.
