This was our 4th year staying in 507. We had a great time with no problems . We found parking on 5th floor . The Wi-Fi was very good. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was simple. Kitchen was clean. Dishwasher didn’t clean well so had to do pre-wash. Could use a few more basic items. Teaspoons, full set of measuring cups and spoons. Otherwise we had what we needed. B

Spring Break

Very spacious condo for a family vacation. We love the beach and the pools. The new bar and restaurant was a great addition to The Oasis.

Overall a very nice condo. There are a few things that need attention. Matresses broken down and terrible. Living room fan doesnt turn on. Sliding glass door is EXTREMELY hard to open. Washer isnt great.

The condo was nice. There were a few maintenance issues that were addressed quickly and some things that needed to be checked into that we did not discover until we were there a couple of days. One thing was the master bed, it needed new box springs and was loud as well as uncomfortable. The other thing was the clothes washer, it made a really terrible noise when it switched from the wash cycle to rinse mode. The washer worked ok but sounded like it needed repair. The cleanliness was lacking but we did some cleaning and it was better.I would say if it was brought up to par it would be great. These were minor issues and I am confident they will be fixed.

Friends Vacation - Perfect!

Loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. Very spacious, perfect view and location was excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

This is a great property located on one of the lower levels (which is perfect for small children) and had a gorgeous ocean front view. The condo was very spacious and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We decided mid-trip to extend our stay and communication with the property manager was seamless.

Fantastic view!

The balcony was with the whole trip! But cleanliness was an issue. Had to spend the first 20 minutes wiping down sticky counters (melted chocolate on nightstand!?) and cleaning toilets before unpacking a thing.

Great Location

Great location in the heart of the town. Clean and nice condo. Mattresses could use an upgrade. Lazy river was AMAZING! Loved that the river and the pool our oceanfront. Only Complaints is the wait on the elevators and how the rented chairs and umbrellas took up the beach. Not a lot of space for those who didn't want to purchase those.

Spring break

Beautiful condo! Wonderful views and great beach location. We loved watching the dolphins in the morning from the balcony. The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated with beach theme. Kitchen included all the basic essentials. Parking was easy on the same floor. Basic cleaning supplies would have been nice to have. Just one of each toilet paper roll dishwasher detergent and washing machine soap was included with a small soap and shampoo in each bathroom which was nice to start.

Great condo again!

This was our second year staying in this unit. We love the location - Great view of the beach and all the activity going on. We would not want to be on a different floor. Parking was no problem, elevators were no problem. Condo was very comfortable. All the tv’s worked, the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Master bedroom closet is so big we used it as a bedroom for our grand daughter. We put a blow up toddler bed in it. She loved it. Last year we put the pack and play in there for her. Great place.

Don't count on wifi

The wifi for this unit was not available! When I reached out to the owner, I was told to just join any other units that were available (unsecured). Barely got 2 bars and had to stand in certain parts of the unit to even connect!

Wonderful property

Building is beautiful and in the perfect location near good restaurants and shopping. Bed could use some tlc. Master bed mattress was uncomfortable and made my back hurt, maybe a topper would help. Headboard in double br was loose and knocked against the wall with every turn. Floors were dirty. Made the bottom of the kids feet dirty when walking barefoot. Verizon cell does not work inside condo, just FYI to those coming. Other than those few things, had a great time!!

Beach Fun

The property was overall very fun for my family. The kids loved the pool, lazy river and the slide. The condo was roomy but the master suite bed was very uncomfortable. The other beds seem to be fine. The cleanliness was ok but I expected the master tub to be clean. The first night I ran my water & got in the tub. It was very oily and had sand in it. Needless to say-a shower was taken every night after that. The location of the condo was perfect-not far from elevators. All in all we had a great time and would stay at Phoenix West II again but try another condo. Thanks!!!

LOVE OBA

The unit itself was so nice! Very accurately described. We actually were checking in as the unit was getting finalized for our stay and the housekeeper was so nice! She told us to look everything over and if we weren’t satisfied to come get her as she would be next door cleaning. The unit was cleaned very well! Some things to be aware of regarding the property: -The elevators are SLOW and so busy! -If you have a beach wagon expect to wait even longer for an elevator. With 32 floors most of the elevators are full before they reach the 5th floor to go down to the beach. -If you want to enjoy floating in the lazy river bring your own float! There are not very many floats at all to use and they are not marked belonging to the complex so it does make it confusing if you are trying to get one. -Parking garage is a little tight. You cannot always park on the 5th level especially if you leave in the evening to eat and come back you are looking at having to park on the 8th or 9th level. PROS: -The splash pad is great for littles! -Straight boardwalk to the beach -Not allowed to set up in a certain part with personal tents. This made it so nice having a walkway directly to the water. -The adult pool having loungers in the water! So relaxing on those hot days. Overall the condo was great! We would book again.
