Our stay at Lake Minneola was great. The cottage was roomy and clean, and the view of the lake from the screened-in front porch was amazing! Sam was a wonderful host, and I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone who loves life on the lake!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is very nice. Located on a quiet street with wonderful views of the lake. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and had a nice stock of items to get our trip started. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

It was perfect for our quick trip to town to visit my niece. Super cute cottage. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to downtown.

Cute cottage!

The cottage provided a clean and comfortable place to stay while we were visiting family. It had a great water view and the location is conveniently located to everything in Clermont. We definitely will be back again soon!

Winter Vacation

Very nice accommodations for 2 people. We liked the screened in porch and watching boaters on the lake. Walking distance to Tiki Bar and Donut King.

Sam, the owner was so thoughtful to check on me with a phone call to make sure I had arrived safely. The property is pristine. We will stay here again for business and for vacation!!

Nice cottage in quiet area with excellent parking space.

Near Lake Minneola with good view. Good area for adults to ride bicycles to bike trails. Very cordial owner/manager who quickly attended to any needs we had. My husband and I stayed for a week in mid-December and weather was great for outside activities.

Excellent Place to Stay

Excellent place to stay. Totally remodeled. Beautiful views. Owner was great. We had a great time. Air Conditioner worked great, which is important in Florida. Plenty of good places to eat near by. Right across the street from the lake and the dock. We will be back.

Perfect spot

A friend and I wanted to explore the Cleremont area! This property was perfect! Clean, decorated beautifully, beautiful sunsets from the screened in porch! We felt very comfortable there! A nice walk or cycle into town, we did both! We booked our next visit before we left 🤗 Very happy!

One of my Happy Places

This cottage is the perfect place to relax, watch sunsets over the lake on the screened in porch, or ride and explore the awesome bike trails. It’s close to many other small town destinations. A lovely place to get away! ❤️

Sunsets are spectacular

Very clean. well maintained, and decorated. Great lake life atmosphere with nautical elements to enhance the experience. The neighborhood is quiet but close to local restaurants and stores. Sunsets are beautiful as the sun sets directly behind lake Miniola.

Perfect

This cute rental with a gorgeous water view was perfect for my 2 week stay! It was stocked with everything I needed. It was Iocated in a quiet neighborhood and a quick 5 min walk to popular Tiki Bar and restaurant. I will return!

Peaceful and very comfortable!

We rented this gorgeous cottage for a recent visit to Lake Minneola. Check in was flawless, and I could tell from the welcoming lights and swing hanging in the tree out front that this was going to be a wonderful experience! Sam was so nice and helpful, not that we needed any help, he had already thought of everything. ☺️ The cottage was spotless, well maintained, well appointed and in the perfect spot. We didn’t even want to leave the house! My favorite thing was sitting on the front porch and watching the awesome view of the lake. Lots of stores, shops and restaurants close by. Not to mention the Tiki bar, which is like a movie scene, is a 5 minute walk around the corner! I hesitate to even say how much fun we at at Sam’s place! I want to keep the secret to myself!

Great Vacation Rental

Great small house, well furnished, beautiful kitchen and bath. Spent lots of time out on the screened in front porch. Talked with Sam several times and enjoyed our conversations. Looking forward to our next stay in this lakefront house.

Fantastic Lakefront property!

This little house offered more than expected! Very comfortable, plenty of room, a great yard and spot to play in the lake. The public beach and the nearby bike trail were a bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Minneola

Everything was as I expected and great communication with the owner. Very nice house with all new amenities, great area and right on Lake Minneola. I would definitely stay there again.
