Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath house right on Lake Minneola. Relax on the dock and watch amazing Florida sunsets. Reclining sofa with wood burning fireplace and big screen TV. 2 Bedrooms (King size master bedroom upstairs, queen size in downstairs bedroom) and 2 full bathrooms. Well stocked modern kitchen that should have everything you need to cook all your meals (if you don't see it, please ask). Laundry room for your washing. Centrally located in downtown Minneola. Bring your boat, bicycle, canoe, kayaks, or paddle boards! (I have some if you request in advance) Minutes to all local amenities, trails, boat ramps, shopping, and dining. There is an attached mother in laws suite on this property where I reside when I'm in town.

Great space. Water was shut off because of city workers screwing something up. Would have helped if owner had supplied water so we didn’t have to boil it to brush our teeth and clean coffee cups. Other wise great place

Florida Sunset

The property was very clean and well maintained. The only issue that we had was a lack of linens and supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Sam ordered some towels and wash cloths from Amazon but we received them on Sunday Night, we checked out on Monday morning. We weren’t able to regulate the A/C unit, it was either extremely hot or extremely cold, which is why I needed a blanket. Sam is a good host and he will correct the issues for future renters. The location is great.

lakeside retreat

This was a great house to stay in while visiting my mom nearby. It is close to all necessary services. The house has spacious sleeping spaces and spacious public spaces. the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

Great location

Owner was there to greet us upon arrival. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Beautiful views of lake and very easy to get around area.

Enjoyed a few days at the lake. Great spot centrally located. Our second stay and we will look to returning in the future.

Great Stay!

Sam has a great place in a great location! The house is beautiful and the furniture/beds were so comfortable! Would 100% recommend this home to anyone and everyone! I’ve got a close friend that lives near by and will be staying here again for sure!

Perfect stay 🌅

We had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property during our recent visit to Clermont for the Great Floridian Triathlon race, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was just perfect for our race weekend. What really stood out for us was the dock just across the street. Not only was it a convenient spot to relax and unwind, but it also offered breathtaking sunset views that left us in awe. Every day, we enjoyed leisurely walks in the neighborhood, taking in the serene surroundings and friendly atmosphere. One morning, we decided to walk into town and had breakfast at our favorite place, the Clermont Cafe. The accommodations themselves were comfortable and well-equipped, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Clermont, and without a doubt, we’ll be booking this VRBO property again. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay in Clermont, we highly recommend it. Thanks for making our visit memorable!

Watching the sunset from the deck was so peaceful. House is updated and super clean. We will stay here again when we visit! The location is convenient and the neighborhood is quiet. We highly recommend this place.

Peaceful Relaxation

What a wonderful little quiet getaway for a couple to just unwind and relax! The house was very nice and clean! Very cozy! And the dock at the lake was very nice! Spent most of our time out on the dock just fishing, relaxing, and enjoying the breeze and waves. And the sunsets were spectacular!! Will definitely be coming back to this beautiful place… who also has a very nice host named Sam! Very nice gentleman! Thanks Sam! We’ll see you again in a few months!

PERFECT!!

Our three night stay was amazing!! Sam, our host, could not have been more helpful, the house was as clean and comfortable as could be!! As much as we enjoyed the house we spent every possible moment on the dock, dinner, cocktails and sunsets were spent out there every night. Beautiful. You can’t go wrong with this property and we hope to stay again soon! Thanks Sam!!

Great Property for Quiet Weekend

Property is newly renovated and property manager was very helpful and communicative. Very comfortable master suite with adequate storage and amenities. Access to the dock is a little shaky; however, understand the property is a work in progress. More comfortable lounging chairs on the dock would be nice to enjoy the sunset. Beds, while very comfortable, would like a few more pillows (personal preference). Grill was listed on the property; however, not accessable. Kitchen was nice with updated appliances. Would stay again for sure.

Spectacular Sunsets

The property was exactly as pictured and was very clean. The owner met us in the driveway and immediately showed us around. Sam was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. We rented for two months of snowbirding and we were centrally located to friends and family. The house accommodated the occasional overnight guests comfortably. The kitchen had good cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils for the days we cooked in. Restaurants, shopping, walking paths and a great little beach were very close by. A good experience overall!
