Located in the heart of Clermont. 5 min. to Downtown (check out the weekly Farmers Market on Sunday). 5 min to Waterfront park (Choice of Champions). 10 min to the National Training Center. 35 minutes to Disney World. 40 min to Orlando International Airport. 13 minutes to Montverde Academy. 40 minutes to The Villages.
Located near some of the best restaurants and shops that downtown has to offer, this property is perfect to experience all things Clermont.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and the Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed. Sleeper Sofa in the living room is a Queen.
Within walking distance to Downtown Clermont shops and restaurants.
Farmers Market on Sunday from 10-2.
Food Trucks first Friday of each month.
Check Out the new opening of Salt Shack on the water.
