My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located right on the river and with a nice deck for outside dining, we spent most of our time outside. The living area was smaller than expected but worked out fine for two people. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice, cozy condo right on the Fall River. It was very clean, and the king bed was comfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Perfect location

Easy access to RMNP and Estes Park. Literally right on the creek with a nice deck/patio. Beds were very comfortable and peaceful location for relaxing when we weren't out exploring.

Didn't want to leave!

Our stay was absolutely breathtaking. Being able to sit outside and enjoy Fall River right in our "backyard" was definitely a highlight of our stay. The condo was super CLEAN, checkin was a breeze, and communication leading up to our visit was prompt & polite. We cannot wait to visit again!

Great place next to the river

Modern and well done interior. Great for a couple or a small family. Excellent service and view. Couldn't do better

Nice comfortable property

Beautiful spot. We enjoyed the balcony and hot tub. Could use some room darkening curtains but everything was great otherwise.

Weekend Getaway

For the most part, this was a great place to get away to. Minus a few items not in the kitchen, the stay was exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near Estes and RMNP.
