LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Welcome to Calypso UNIT 1-1604. Three bedroom two full bath BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT condo. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Short walking distance to Pier Park Mall which has a variety of shops, restaurants and activities for the whole family to enjoy. Calypso is located directly on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the gulf of Mexico and has two gulf front pools. Enjoy the most spectacular sunsets from our balcony after a fun day at the beach!!!
NOTE:
*** Beach Chair service is include from March 1st thru October 31st.***
***There is a $60 parking fee paid for online when you register via a link emailed to you*** **** MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT AT CALYPSO***

Had a beautiful family vacation. Location was perfect, condo had everything we needed (plus more!), and very clean. Ted is on top of everything, best communication from any host I've ever had. 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was right across the street from Pier Park and very convenient to everything. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was easy to work with.

The perfect room! Had everything you could need. The furniture was comfy and it was very clean. Ted was super quick to respond when I had a forgetful moment and forgot to print out our parking decal. Will be back!

The place was wonderful exactly as the picture my family had a great time very relaxing. I love sitting on patio looking out into the ocean relaxing wonderful experience. The host was very nice. Responded quickly and gave great directions on how to get resort .we definitely enjoyed ourselves and plan to come back again and I will recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you for a pleasant trip and awesome family weekend T.Drayton

It is a wonderful thing in today’s world. When what is advertise is exceeded in every way. The entire property was absolutely perfect, clean and will arranged. You had every amenity that you could possibly think of in the room from things for the beach to things to cook should you desire. All rooms were immaculate, the bathrooms, clean, and the view from the balcony was perfect.

Ted was extremely helpful and available at all times. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The Calypso has been our favorite condo for quite some time. This was our first stay at this particular condo. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect location. Mr. Ted is very helpful and fast in responding back to communications. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. We hope to go back next year!

The experience of traveling from Al to FL is great and to get to our condo and everything is in place. When you walk in the condo itself is very nice & clean. To walk out on the balcony it will take your breath away amazing view. The host of the condo you couldn't ask for a better person he is on to top of the TX messages about getting back to you. Over all the place and the host is awesome. You are in walking distance to everything.

Ted is so great to deal with. Communicated very quickly and is helpful and kind. The condo was wonderful and he had so many items stocked up! Dish detergent, dish sponges, hand soap, garbage bags. Spare toothbrushes. So thoughtful. We had a great stay!
