The condo was perfect for our family of 7. The property is located within walking distance of Pier Park and a short drive to Target & Wal Mart. The top floor location made for spectacular views. The interior of the unit is well decorated, modern, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Having four beach loungers and two umbrellas included with the rental was perfect.

The view is amazing. The suite was absolutely clean. Overall a great location in the area. Simple access to the beach. Easy parking as well. The host check-in instructions were flawless without many issues at all.

This place was just how it is described. The owners are very responsive. We had an issue with some lights and he had a guy there very quickly and the worker was very friendly and understood we were on vacation so made so to work on it when we wanted him to. I would definitely stay there again. Love the views and were able to see dolphins from the balcony.

Great communication, great location. We were also able to get in a few hours early, which was nice. View was wonderful. We never used the chaises, but it’s nice to have the option. The fitness center was closed for renovations so that was not a great surprise. There is a temporary one set up, but it was very warm since it wasn’t meant to be a gym. We really enjoyed our stay, overall a great vacation.

This was our second time renting this exact condo. Love the location as you can walk to many restaurants and shops. Love the views and master suite being attached to the deck. Having 4 beach chairs included was a nice added bonus. Kitchen is stocked with basics but I would recommend bringing storage containers if you like to eat in & keep leftovers like we do. Definitely will be back!

Place was just as described. Place was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. The 4 chairs was an amazing bonus. Would recommend this place to all. 5 stars all day for this place. Locations was amazing and view was breathtaking.

Great stay and fantastic host!

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this condo and never disappoints. Great location, clean and communication with the owner is great. Won’t be disappointed. We are already looking to book our next stay!

Thank you so much for your review. We bought our condo in May, 2018 realizing that it needed a update and early this year we completed a major renovation: All new porcelain "wood plank" tile, new bath fixtures, new lighting fixtures, new ceiling fans, new granite vanities in all 3 bathrooms, new window treatments and all new furnishings with a completely new contemporary look using a stunning white, gray and aqua color palette. And of course, all new TVs including a massive 70" TV in the living room and 50" TVs in the Master and King Guest Bedrooms! We hope you come back for another visit. We think that you will be amazed at the transformation of our spacious beach condo at AQUA!

The condo was clean, spacious and superbly located for both the beach and Pier Park amenities. Views from the balcony are stunning, especially at sunset.The Aqua resort’s parking garage provided easy access to all the kit we needed to bring for the Ironman weekend.Our host provided excellent instructions and communication before and during our stay. We’d definitely stay in this condo if we ever return to Panama City Beach.
