We enjoyed our time at PCB. The room is clean, close to the beach and conveniently located to all restaurants & Pier Park! I highly recommend the property and this unit.

Oh my goodness this was such an adorable place! I was able to park my car and walk right into the condo without taking any stairs! The condo itself is decorated so beautifully and it was so inviting had everything you could want. The only thing I would change is the mattress as it is extremely hard memory foamed.

This was an extremely cute and well-situated little studio steps from the beach. Every square inch of the interior was designed to utilize the space for maximum efficiency and comfort. We were only there for one night but we really enjoyed it!

My friend and I had the absolute best time. The host were amazing and so quick to respond with every request. They managed to allow for early check-in, gave recommendations for restaurants and bars, even followed up with a voicemail to make sure I got the recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again. The location was great. The beach was beautiful ,the chairs, and umbrella that were included were perfect.

We stayed here for our anniversary trip. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. I loved that we never had to take the elevator, just a quick few steps and we were on the beach. We were even lucky enough to get a parking spot right in front of the unit so unpacking a packing the car was a breeze.

Great cozy place to stay right on the beach. There is some construction happening to keep the complex nice, but we didn’t have any issues with parking, beach access or pool access.

Gorgeous beach view, quaint get away for me and my husband. Everything was stocked and felt right at home! Instructions were clear and everything was as advertised. We will be back!

Location was great. Walkable to restaurants, adult entertainment, souvenir shopping. The picture didn't do justice to this property. First, balcony view of the beach. As avid beach lovers. We stay in many beach front homes/condos/rooms. It had all the amenities of a small apartment with impeccable details related to the beach house theme. This is truly a cozy and comfortable places to stay in.

Perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband. Perfect studio. Clean. Everything as pictured. Steps from the beach. Love not having to deal with elevators. Will definitely come back. Easy booking. Great communication. Parking was right in front of the room. Great access to the beach!!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the water! Check in was easy and the owners responded to us very quickly. The room was clean and comfortable!
