Condo with ocean view that overlooks the emerald waters and white sandy beach from your own top floor private balcony. Spacious living room where you can relax in the newly remodeled space. This air-conditioned unit features 1 bedroom (queen bed), sleeper sofa, murphy bed in the living room, flat-screen TV, kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, jet bath / shower in the private bathroom. WiFi and cable is included. There is a community washer and dryer on the first floor as well as a gym, tennis & pickle ball court for guests use.

The overall and communication ratings would have been 5's except for a few things. There was no notice about the portable HVAC unit in the living room which resulted in limited access to the balcony we were looking forward to enjoying. The promised email with entry codes was not sent until I asked for it. Surprised to find wet dishes in the dishwasher upon our arrival. Location is nice with good beach access.

Check-in was simple! The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location next to Pineapple Willy's! The beach was beautiful! We will definitely be back.

I think we should have been told about the air conditioning problem. No one wants it to be 80 degrees in their condo. I feel that was something that should have been told before we arrived.

Cute and Cozy Property. Very accessible to the Beach and Shopping. The Pools stayed clean and maintained. Security was present at all times and very friendly.

Over all a great trip

Overall, we had a great stay. However, a couple of things could be improved. We were woken up at 8 a.m. by maintenance needing to shut off our AC—something that should’ve been communicated in advance, ideally before booking. Also, the room only came with four thin, basic bath towels. If you're planning a stay, consider bringing your own beach towels for added comfort.

Great quiet place on the beach!

Booking was very easy. Tina was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. Great location and private beach access which is nice. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Would definitely book it again.

Easy, private and relaxing

The property manager was so easy to work with. There was an issue with my door code when I first arrived, she fixed it so quickly, and also helped me when I was leaving out when our flight switched take off times. The location of the condo is super private, and your really don’t have next door neighbors directly on either side how it is set up. It was just me and my 15 year old son for his spring break. My only complaint would be to put a regular door without windows on the bedroom. And that there is no hot tub at this location.It helped there was a jet tub bathtub, but still not the same as a hot tub. I did overlook that detail when I booked, but that was the biggest downfall. Other than that, it was a perfect time! Super easy beach access.

2024 Vacation in Panama City

The condo was clean, the owner text me and said we could check in early the day before we arrived, she answered my texts quickly. The price was good. Perfect size for 2 people.

Unfortunate

We arrived at the condo and found it hadn’t been cleaned. There was dried food on the counters, and the fridge was nasty and there was still food in it. There was sand in the Murphy bed, so it’s very unlikely it was cleaned. There was also sand all over the floors, (I understand it’s the beach, but it hadn’t been cleaned.) it was also 75 degrees in the room when we arrived. I reached out to the owner and she said she’d have the cleaning people come and gave us money for dinner. The cleaning people arrived the next day and were able to get it cleaned after a few hours, but they broke the only light in the living room and a shelf out of the fridge. The temperature continued to go up in the room until it was mid 80s, so we stayed out of the room as much as possible. Later on in our stay the owner had a portable AC unit sent to the room that we had to assemble and attempt to set up. Unfortunately it was a unit that had to be vented and none of the windows opened properly for it to do so, so there was hot air blowing out the back and causing the temperature to go up even more. I gave the owner updates nearly every day and at some points throughout the entire day. She asked me to go buy fans for the unit the day before we left for her next guests and she reimbursed me for them and gave me $20 for our time. The day before we left a maintenance man came and “properly” installed the portable ac unit, so we had no access to the balcony. The owner refunded $150 which only covered 1 nigh

Summer Vacay

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed this property. The proximity to the beach and to the pool made the trip very enjoyable. Our kids love beach and pool and did not have to choose between one or the other as they were able to use both every day. The unit was clean and comfortable with ample sleeping space for four if you don't mind using a Murphy bed. We were able to watch the dolphins from the kitchen table while eating breakfast and the balcony view is also excellent. The property had security and custodial services which kept the property clean and safe. We will definitely consider staying here again if we are vacationing in PCB area.
