Upcoming Maintenance (Feb 1 - Jul 2025)

To enhance your experience, the property will undergo maintenance, including roof replacement, painting, and balcony/walkway resurfacing. The elevators will be down February 10th to April 4th. We will have staff helping with luggage daily 8am-10am and 3pm-5pm. Work will take place daily from 8am-5pm.

FREE use of beach umbrella and 2 loungers! Available from 9am to 5pm, March 15, 2025 through October 31, 2025.

Take a short walk to Panama City Beach's Pier Park where you'll have plenty of restaurants, shopping, attractions and nightlife to keep you entertained!

HEATED pool once pool temperature is below 85 degrees.

Condo is located in The Continental and is on the 4th floor.

Parking Pass will be available in the room upon check in. It is a rear view mirror type pass. If your vehicle does not have a rear view mirror, the pass should be placed on the driver’s side dash. The pass is valid for the duration of your stay. Each guest must display the pass with ALL required information fully visible from outside the vehicle at all times while parked on the Continental property.
 
Only FULLY COMPLETED parking passes are acceptable. Blank or incomplete passes subject the vehicle to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

No smoking permitted in room or on balcony. There is no smoking permitted on any balconies in our complex.

Cancellations with refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June to November, it is a great idea to secure travel insurance when travelling to our area during that time. No decisions will be made on our end unless a major storm warranting an evacuation is imminent, as confirmed by our local government.
