As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Maintenance & Cleaning

(1) The floor's need mopping, sand on the floor I understand but they turn the bottom of your feet black. I also found sand in-between the sheets on the bed; not a lot, but enough to prove the sheets had not been changed. (2) The lock on the door's are aggravating. Yes, I said door's as I saw my neighbor's having the same problem and even saw a staff member having to play with a lock to get it to let him in to a room. We complained, a maintenance guy came and checked it, it of course worked perfectly for him but he said (in my words not his) to "get used to it". (3) The toilet has six bolts in it. I know because I've installed them before. I think every single one of those six screws are loose on this toilet. We didn't complain about it but it should get checked before the next guest arrives. (4) Housekeeping was otherwise wonderful. Anytime we needed anything they were quick to help us out... more towels, more soap, etc... (5) The room had everything we needed, a great air conditioner, a good TV, DVD player with free DVD's in the lobby, a nice patio with chairs and table. Free breakfast at a really nice restaurant across the street, many morning's there was a waiting line to get a table but we quickly learned you could pretty much bypass that by asking for take-out. You got a take-out tray that the kitchen put in it what you picked from the bar and then you could leave and eat elsewhere like your room maybe.

Very Disappointed

We were so excited to enjoy the resort but was greatly disappointed upon arrival. We received a text message AND email advising the room was going to be ready at 4:00. After a long drive much to our dismay, the room was NOT ready as promised. The front desk stated they would call someone to get it ready then call us. Two hours later we were finally able to get into the room which was DEFINITELY NOT CLEAN. There was visible dust on the night stand and headboard. The floor was not swept either. The side chair needs a deep cleaning or replacing as it was very dirty. I was told ONLY upon asking (as it was not offer by staff) what would be done about the late check in that I would receive a 30% discount for that day only. I don’t think that was enough but did not argue the point. I was set to bring my family of 9 back later this summer but our experience caused me to rethink those plans.
