Clean and updated condo. Bathroom has been updated and renovated since pictures were taken, so it’s much nicer than the pics show. Perfect size and location for a 2 nights stay for a work conference.

We had an excellent experience at this property. The property was exactly as represented, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Location could not have been better. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great stay - I wish Brighton would install ice machines. But, we just grabbed some when we went for breakfast everyday.

This place was awesome all around for my daughter and I have to have a special trip together. The views were great from the balcony and the beach was beautiful. We loved having our own sinks in the bathroom. Everything was perfect for us. We would recommend Kings Plantation for sure. A beautiful property to explore.

Overall great stay. The reason for 4 stars is the a/c unit having a restriction. We had the ceiling fan on high and were still hot due to the thermostat stopping at 69 degrees.

The location was perfect and the weather after Hurricane Debby could not have been better. Great place to stay for a week-end get-a-way.

Beautiful place with a wonderful view of the beach and the pier! My husband enjoyed going to the pier and talking to the fishermen. I have a conference every year and I hope to become a regular!

Excellent Experience!

The registration process was easy, management was very responsive to messages, check-in and checkout were seamless, and there were no housekeeping or maintenance issues at all during our stay. The room was amazing and the resort is perfect for a couple or for a family getaway! Can’t wait to visit again!

Good weekend stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed. We did have to go get toilet paper and soap as there wasn't any when we arrived. Otherwise, place was clean and we enjoyed the ocean view!

Thanks Lindsey, we do notify everyone prior to arrival that the starter pack in each property that will just provide essentials until guests have time to get more from the store if they weren't able to bring supplies.

Wonderful end to an incredible cross country trip

My favorite part of the room was the bed and pillows especially after driving across the country and to have such a comfortable bed and pillow to sleep in was wonderful. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed being so close to the beach and the Apache Boardwalk. I have nothing negative to say, we enjoyed our visit so much that we booked an extra night.
