Beach front, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Brand new home in 2016, beautiful finishes throughout. Direct access to the beach with a private staircase. Second floor balconies facing both the ocean and the marsh. Master bedroom suite with double sinks and walk in closet, 2 additional bedrooms with closets, and a den with a pull-out daybed. Grill in the large yard for you to use.

Sheets and towels are provided and is included in the rental price.

The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required.

These house is so beautiful! Very clean and has everything you need. The view upstairs is gorgeous! It’s just a quick walk to get an amazing cup of coffee from the general store! Had a super time! Thank you!!

Words cannot properly describe this property! It is perfection ! I sat for hours in front of the picture window and watched the seals sunbath out on the rocks! Morning coffee on the deck after a wonderful night's sleep in the very comfortable and cozy beds ! Daily walks on the beach, tide pooling at low tide and breath-taking sunsets and sunrises on the ocean ! Its honestly a dream vacation spot!The host is very sweet and great with communication !

Great stay with our little family. Beautiful beach and enjoyed Portland and Freeport, too. Bring every ingredient to cook with including salt and pepper.

Awesome stay at Goose Rocks Beach

We had a great stay and the house was incredibly clean! The views of the ocean were beautiful and the access to the beach was convenient. We were in touch with the hosts a few times with questions and they always responded quickly. We would definitely recommend a stay at this house and look forward to a future visit!

Lovely property & beautiful beach

Very comfortable, modern and clean house. Lots of light and great view from the living area upstairs. Has 2.5 baths, perfect for 3 bedrooms And the beach is just beautiful! .we hope to return again sometime.

Wonderful stay at Goose Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful long family weekend at this beautiful property. The location is excellent and the house is very well maintained. We would definitely love to return. Also a big thanks to Abigail for her excellent communication!

The property was perfect for our family. Everything is as described and very clean and comfortable. The quality of every furnishing, from the mattresses to the mugs was exceptional. These small touches made our vacation truly feel relaxing yet luxurious. The beach views are amazing. We spent every day on the beach and at times felt like we had it all to ourselves. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Delightful beach house

We loved everything about this place. Perfect size for our family of five. Having the living space and kitchen on the second floor allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean. Kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely return here.

Perfect New England beach getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was clean and well stocked, the location was amazing with a little general store a few doors down, beach access so easy, host extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, and just an overall lovely stay. We were sad to leave and wish we had another couple days at this house. Highly recommend and hoping to come back!

Perfect Getaway Spot

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. The view from the back deck is amazing! Taking a walk on the beach that late in October was an added bonus. The house is gorgeous, and spotless. The view from the living room window is amazing. The hosts were very helpful as well. Definitely worth a stay!

Love the house! Very clean! Plenty of kitchenwares! Nice yard for kids to play and of course the beach is right there! The beach is connected to the back yard by a stairwell with long bench for sitting in the mornings with your favorite cup of coffee! Thank you Abigail! We will be back to Goose Rock beach!
