With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Ocean view and nice amenities

Second time staying at this property (and same room); love that it’s an end of the hall room and the balcony opens right to the ocean. Wonderful sunrises. Staff is joyful, helpful and welcoming. It was too chilly to use the pools, but they appeared clean. Beach was clean and steps from the hotel.

Could be Better

So you pay I wanna say a 100 dollar cleaning fee. Well the place wasn’t clean. The location was amazing you can see and hear the ocean. That’s the only saving grace of this property. There were stains on the mattress and in the chair in the room. And don’t even get me started about the toilet. Even the alarm clock had residue on it. The unit was in desperate need of paint. The hinges on the door were all rusted and it had a musty smell to the unit. If you’re going to charge a cleaning fee do better.

Nice view and worth the price

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a gorgeous Ocean View. Breakfast is complimentary and has very good options, and it’s walkable for nice restaurants, miniature golf etc., staff is very friendly and lady at front desk greatly helped with near by places and best restaurant. Beach access, lazy pool ,heated swimming pool and jacuzzi all in one package. Only reason for not giving 5 star is, the corridors has little funky smell.

Great stay

We only stayed for 1 night. Its fairly small, especially the bathroom so I don’t think it would’ve been great for much longer than that but for 1 night it was great! It was clean and had a great view. I also liked the location a lot. My only complaint is the hotel does not offer valet anymore “due to covid” and the parking garage is a little bit of a walk. It wasn’t a huge deal but it would’ve sucked if it was raining. I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable having to walk at night by myself to and from the parking garage. Other than that it was great! The free breakfast was a nice bonus too!

Don’t stay at this place

This room was not clean! We came in a bit after 4:00 p.m dropped off our bags and left to daughter's Volleyball tournament. Came back at 10:00 p.m noticed the floors were sticky. My grandson took off his shoes and his feet were filthy. I wiped one section of the floor. The rag was disgusting dirty!!! Some trash under bathroom vanity. This room doesn’t look or sound like the description of the advertisement on VRBO. Covid clean not!!! I showed Laura and Meshunda at the front desk how dirty the wash cloth was from me wiping the floor. We asked Laura, if we left would we get refunded. She said she couldn’t do anything until she spoke to her Manager. I asked for cleaning supplies. They didn’t have any. My husband went to Walmart and bought some cleaning supplies so I could clean the room. The next morning I spoke with Toamasina she told me that she couldn’t understand, because the floors were, just deep cleaned.🙄 she said we could of left that she wouldn’t hold anyone’s $ hostage. I told her she needs to talk to her staff and let them know what they can and can’t do, when she’s not around, because we would have left. The GM charged us 50% for the 1 night we stayed. So I drove 3 hours to clean their room and had to pay them 50% of the price of the room. Keep in mind we wanted to leave, but Laura told us she couldn’t refund our $ without her GM permission. So long story short if you’re looking for a clean room this is not the place for you. I have photos of the Filth but can’t figure out how to share them.

Loved the convenience of being on the beach. Beautiful ocean view from room. The pool area was nice. Enjoyed the lazy river also. Had Italian ice and a DJ played a couple of days. Included vouchers for breakfast everyday, which was really delicious. Also included vouchers to other attractions. One elevator was down, which slowed us down some (especially when checking out with luggage cart). No maid service during stay, which made it a little harder to get clean towels. Overall we loved our stay!

Excellent Location and View

The room is located conveniently on the beach and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We loved the pool area, which included some summer activities on some days. Breakfast Buffet at Magnolia’s on 26th was delicious. Hotel included vouchers for Pitt-putt, a water park, and other attractions. There was no maid service during the stay. Sometimes a little slow to get clean towels. Gather your trash and sit in hallway. Would’ve been nice to be able to clean up some of the sand we always seemed to bring back from the beach. One elevator broke down during our stay, which caused us to use the stairs some. (Getting luggage cart down for check-out was challenging.). Overall we loved our stay!

Great stay

I loved everything about my stay here. They have a 4 o’clock check in but they let us check in early. My room was clean and the view was great. It’s in walking distance to almost everything.
