A peaceful, private, 3 bedroom house amongst sand dunes and twisted Florida oaks on St George Is. with a deck, game room & plenty of outdoor space for provided botchy, horse shoes and corn hole. There are 3 outside security cameras that can be unplugged for your stay. Only a 4 min. walk to the beach or take the included golf cart if not out for maintenance.

Loved this house

We really enjoyed staying at this house over the Christmas holidays. The owners even had a Christmas tree up that made the house feel very welcoming. The house was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. The property was very kid-friendly with lots of games and toys there. We only have good things to say, and we hope to stay here again soon!

Great place to get away from it all

House was beyond our expectations. Well stocked with everything one would need. Location was great and was walking distance to the beach for our walks with the dogs. Definitely on our list of places to revisit.

Weekend trip

Absolutely wonderful stay! Short walk to the beach, really appreciated use of the golf cart. House was clean and up to date, just as described. The living room is super comfortable as were the beds. Thanks for allowing my dog to stay, I can't wait to come back.

Although St George Island has developed since last visited, the local ambience has been preserved. The property is more than comfortable with provided activities for kids during rainy days ( swings, corn hole, pingpong ect.)Kitchen is well stocked allowing daily meal preparation for 5 adults. Washer/ dryer are large capacity. The gulf is 2.5 blocks away. Golf cart takes you when you do not wish to walk to beach or PigglyWiggly. Will plan on returning soon as our dog had the time of her life wave surfing.

Love love love

This was a fantastic property. The amenities had everything we needed and more. The golf cart made it so much more convenient to go to the beach with our gear. Our house was more of a home than a rental. So clean and communication was prompt. I cannot say enough great things!

Perfect for last minute getaway!

This house was super cute and had tons of amenities for our family to enjoy. The golf cart was a major plus with the house not being directly on the beach and the game room was a family favorite. Highly recommend this home for your next beach getaway!

We loved how family friendly it was, the host had the house prepared with anything we might need! Our 3 kids enjoyed their stay as much as the parents did, we weren't ready to leave!

Week at the beach

Very clean property within short walk to beach. Wooded backyard which provided privacy to enjoy the deck area. Provided golf cart allowed easy convenient access to beach, and downtown restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

Great stay on St George Island

Great property for a relaxing vacation. Conveniently located to St George’s shopping area and very close to the beach. The unit is well stocked, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the owners were very responsive

Our 6 weeks Hidden Treasure on St.George Island

Extremely impressed with the property owned by Carol & Jon Slade. The location afforded us privacy and a beautiful setting for campfires while being in close proximity to the beach access. The house was immaculate on our arrival and very easy to maintain during on 6 weeks stay. The state park is one of the most beautiful beaches we have visited. All communication with Carol was answered within minutes. We enjoyed multiple fishing charters with Capt. Wes of Bay View Charters and although fishing was slow,it was enjoyed by everyone.

Truly a Hidden Treasure

This was easily my favorite place I have stayed on the island! It's your own little getaway within a getaway. Clean, excellent location, so much great outdoor space, and the renters were responsive and kind. Highly recommend and we will certainly stay again.

Close to beach

Short golf cart ride to the beach. My pet loved the outdoor area. The outdoor shower was fantastic! Well stocked with all the essentials.

Relaxing weekend

Beautiful property. Plenty of amenities. It had everything our family needed for a quiet relaxing weekend. The golf cart was an added bonus.

We keep coming back!

This is our second trip to this house...and while we were there, we booked another trip! It's a short walk to the beach, on a quiet street with plenty of indoor and outdoor places to chill and enjoy the summertime. It's our new 'happy place' at the beach to decompress from life.

Amazing!

We stayed for a week with our two dogs. We had the best vacation to date with our family at the Hidden Treasure. Communication with the owners and just everything about the place was such a great experience. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. We are so glad we stayed here!!!

Paradise's Hidden Treasure

Wonderful home with everything you need. Plenty of games, game room was great and golf cart was a plus!! Plenty of room and great for our family of 4. Definitely recommend!!

Well-Appointed Rental in a Quiet Area

We enjoyed our stay at Hidden Treasure! The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The golf cart and the extra beach equipment were an amazing bonus - We had a great time playing cornhole, eating dinners on the back deck and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit.

Comfortable Home Very Close to Beach

Our family of four adults with two Goldendoodles just spent four nights at Jon and Carol’s home. Very comfortable, clean properly with all amenities provided that we needed. The golf cart was a fun alternative to go out to eat, or make a grocery run. It’s also a very quick two-block walk to the beach from the house. We’ve vacationed many different places in Florida and have never been anywhere as dog-friendly as SGI. Having the choice to take our dogs almost everywhere, including the beach, made for a very fun getaway. Thank you, Carol and Jon, for helping us make some very fun family memories.

Great stay in St George

The property is a within an easy walk to the beach and the owners proved a cart, chairs, etc to make the beach days enjoyable. The house was very clean and equipped for just about anything you would need in the kitchen. Books, puzzles, board games offered us something to do on a rainy day. Overall, a great option on St. George Island.

Definitely a Hidden Treasure

Perfect location for spending quality time with kids and grandkids. Plenty to do, close enough to the beach to get there quickly with it having to worry about the kids running out to the ocean at all times of the day. Beach area was secluded and not crowded. The island had so many fun things to explore. We hope to stay longer next time for sure.
