Vic and Joana were wonderful hosts. My stay was interrupted by a mandatory evacuation, but we were allowed to return to the island and had a great time. The house was very clean and stocked with pretty much everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again!

The pool was a great factor in making the stay so enjoyable. The beach was very windy one day. Able to hang at the pool which was enclosed by a nice fence. Great place for our dog’s first vacation!!

The house is very cozy,You feel more at home, very convenient to everything and walking distance to the beach. I wish check in wasn't so late. We leave early for vacation so we can have more time at the beach. I feel like by the time you check-in at 5 ,unpack the car, put all your things away The day's over and you've missed a day, but the house was great. Location was great And the host of the property was very easy to contact and available when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Really great people to have and to interact with. You can tell they are completely engaged with life and show concern and appreciation wherever they are. Even when a popup tropical storm drove us inside for a day or so.

The host of this property was phenomenal!! There was a couple of minor hiccups but the host was very quick to respond and get the problems resolved in a very timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about the host and the property. We had a wonderful family vacation!

We appreciate Cheryl so much. Due to a tropical storm we experienced unusual pool debri which required downtime and cleaning with a chemical. Cheryl notified us of the issue and our pool company did their magic and the day was saved!

Short distance to beach. Three bedrooms is a bonus. Very dog friendly. We also appreciated the private pool and area. However, there was a giant amount of garbage in the front yard when we got there. And it stayed the entire time. It was smelly and dangerous and I really think that that should’ve been cleaned up as part of the “clean up” after the last guests. While I appreciate that all the essentials were there, it would’ve been nice to have had a kitchen towel or washcloth available. The bathtub/shower in the master was very difficult to use either as a shower or a bath. It is difficult to get in and out of.

Amy caught us changing over to the new garbage company for Franklin County and it did have its surprises as what to expect. We have that behind us. We have two shower options one of which just had a new longer hose installed and it is being a bit cranky during break in phase. We also offered to return two items Amy left behind which she declined. We do package up and retain any left behinds for our guests. When she returns with family and dogs we will be happy to welcome her back.

This house was perfect for our family and fur baby. It was much closer to the beach than we thought based on the maps. Vic was a super star host! Always answered if we needed something, which wasn’t a lot because we had what we needed!

We found the property to be well maintained and convenient to all the island has to offer. We travel with our dog and the property worked well for her. We hope to stay again next year.

This was by far one of our best vacation rentals. Everything about the house was exactly what we needed but more than we expected. From the large rooms to the pool...it was perfect. Our host, Vic, was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. Overall, a huge thumbs up.

We had a great time at this property. Loved the layout of the house. The pool was clean and warm. The laundry area was great for storing coolers and also used that fridge for beer and bait. Overall, we were very pleased.

We had a great time on SGI during the Memorial Day holiday. The house was clean and in a great location! We were maybe a block to the beach with easy access. My husband and son enjoyed fishing the old causeway pier. My husband also enjoyed taking his paddleboard to Regatta Park less than a mile from the house on the bay. The pool was wonderful and we used it daily! Nice and heated! We will be back!

Very clean and had everything we needed! Very responsive when needed. Fixed a small issue in a very timely manner with hood communication. Easy walk to the beach and nice walking path. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

I did not deal with the host but can tell you the owners of this property care about your experience. The home is just as pictured and super spacious inside. You can’t go wrong with this home and rest assured that the owners want you to fully enjoy your time. My only regret is that I didn’t book for a longer stay!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all the restaurants. The living room sofa and chair could use an update, but otherwise, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. This was our first time to St. George, and we can't wait to come back.

Pool was very nice. Quick walk to beach. No grass for dogs. No pool towels or hairdryer as mentioned. Could use a new couch and outdoor chairs.only 1 shower and it is in the laundry room.

Sorry Wendy you couldn't operate the shower in the big Jacuzzi bath. Also we are on a sandy beach of an island. Hope the 20ft. Paw Hut run was good for the dogs to relax in though.
