Emily, our host, was wonderful. Responsive and very accommodating. House was beautiful. It was clean and it is decorated nicely. Artwork was lovely and perfect for a beach house. House has been maintained well. We had 12 in our group including 3 teens and house was roomy and spacious. We would definitely come back here for another beach vacation.

Perfect family getaway in 30A! The house was amazing for kids, with a private pool that had great afternoon shade for relaxing after the beach. The location was ideal, close to so many great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Everything made for an easy, fun, stress-free vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Stay

Our family had a great stay over the past weekend for my daughter’s winter break from school. The house was clean and in great condition. We enjoyed the pool and close access to the beach with golf cart. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

The house was great! Well stocked with all the supplies we needed - kitchen and bath essentials and pool and beach gear! The house was clean and location was good - a quiet street but walkable to coffee, breakfast and ice cream.

The house was beautiful and well finished. The host was fantastic and provided all the details to make our vacation a pleasure. I would highly recommend this vacation house. We plan on staying again.

Luxury & Location

This property is beautiful, and it’s in a great location! Our children, their spouses, and our five grandchildren had plenty of room. We loved the pool as well as the adjacent private park. The beach is a quick golf cart ride from the house and close to restaurants and oyster bars.

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

The house is beautiful, spacious and conveniently located. The kids loved the pool and the golf cart was a major plus. We had easy access to the beach, gas station, restaurants and ice cream. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of beach supplies. We will definitely rent this in the future!

We loved our stay! The property was better than expected. We traveled with 3 families, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The kids had their own floor, with a bunk room, double bedroom and own bathroom. Each couple had their own master bedroom with ensuite bathroom....it was perfect. The heated pool was a great plus and used daily by our kids. Everything is within walking distance and the golf cart made traveling around 30A super easy. Emily was an exceptional host, so responsive and provided us helpful tips, like ice cream and dinner recommendations. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed too, from beach towels to coolers to beach chairs/toys to propane for the grill. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Santa Rosa! Thank you Emily!

Great week at the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at Emily’s beach house. It was a convenient location, very close to the beach, and the golf cart and private pool were a plus! The house was beautifully decorated, and communicating with Emily was incredibly easy and she was always quick to respond. Highly recommend this property!

Awesome home for our family of 9! Room for everyone so everyone had their own space. Pool was nice after the beach. All amenities taken care of and had everything we needed. Host was responsive quickly. Park was used every day that is right next to the house.

10/10…would rent again!!! Beautiful home, well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, kitchen supplies, etc, loved having the pool and the private park right next door, convenient location…walk or short golf cart rides to coffee, ice cream, restaurants, etc. We had issues with the front door lock and the golf cart and the hosts were easily accessible, immediately responsive, and resolved the issues asap! Can’t wait to rent again!

The house was exactly as described and fit our group of 12 perfectly. It's clean, modern, fully stocked with everything you need, has a really good and useful swimming pool, and is in safe and convenient location. The host is the best I've dealt with -- she's accommodating, responsive, and super polite.While the house is a 10-minute walk to the public beach access, it comes with a 6-person cart. There is a parking for both carts and vehicles at the beach access; however, it is a small lot (maybe space for 10 vehicles and 10 carts) and fills up early. So, here's how we handled it: two of us drove the cart and a truck (loaded with beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, etc.) to the public parking by 7/7:30am, left the truck in a parking spot, and drove the cart back to the house. We'd then use the cart to go back and forth as necessary and only drove the truck back to the house after we were completely done with the beach. I did have to make the walk a few times, and it's not bad. I just didn't want to do it with a bunch of kids and chairs/towels/toys.The bottom line is that if you have a larger group, want a good swimming pool, enjoy cooking in, and like the beautiful beaches of the gulf coast, you would be hard-pressed to find a better house and host.
