The location was great. We recommend a little bit of an upgrade to a few things - new furniture (some of it seems a bit worn), some interior painting.

Incredible Location!

This rental was great! The home was SOOO spacious and was perfect for a little retreat with some ladies! The short walk to the beach was perfect and we loved the living area having so much room to lounge and enjoy eachother's company!

Excellent location and sleeping arrangements

You can't beat the location of this property with beach access located directly across the street. The living quarters and common areas were perfect for our group. The communication regarding check in and check out, as well as pertinent information during our stay, were greatly beneficial.

The home was great for the group we had! The location was absolute perfect. There were a few things that needed to be fixed but overall very very happy with the home!

Wow! The property was perfect for 2 families with 11 adults. There was plenty of space to hang out with 2 living areas, large dining space, balconies, and of course the pool! The pool was just the right size and the tiki bar with TV was a huge plus. We appreciated the main level fridge and ice maker for quick drinks by the pool. The most appealing feature is the vicinity to the public beach access; literally steps away. And of course the Gulf Coast water and sand are absolutely gorgeous! Other bonuses include plenty of parking space and 2 washers and dryers. Lots of traffic on 30A, but we didn’t mind and it wasn’t bothersome at all. Only downside- it would have been nice to have a beach umbrella and chairs available for us to use without having to pack or rent. The house is perfectly situated between neighboring beaches, shopping, and dining. Publix and most other places are a golf cart drive away. We had a slight issue with the upstairs shower and air conditioning (separate issues) but our concierge was quick to resolve (even after hours!) and there was no impact on our vacation. Thank you and highly recommend!

The property is a great location directly across the street from public beach access. House was as described; GREAT kitchen an ice maker.

Nice vacation home duper-close to beach access

Large house with room for 3 generations of our family. The pool, tiki hut, and golf cart were enjoyed, as well. Access to beach was right across the street. We did have some issues with WiFi & technology, but most issues were fixed quickly, including replacing the tv in the tiki hut. I would recommend this house.

We were originally told the mattresses were replaced that had been mentioned in previous reviews. However, one of them hadn’t been and it was very uncomfortable. We called and they replaced it the next day. Good customer service and great location.

Amazing location!!

We had an awesome stay here. Such a super location directly across the street from the beach access. Some of the mattresses need some attention, and we have made the property managers aware. They were extremely good to work with us when we arrived and the property had not yet been cleaned. They were very quick to make it right for us, and we appreciate that! Overall a great experience and would do it again if the mattress issue is addressed! Beautiful house with lots of amenities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The home is absolutely beautiful, was very clean upon arrival, and is perfectly located right across the street from the beach access point. Donna contacted me several times throughout our stay making sure everything was going well and promptly answered any questions we asked. This house is the perfect location and the golf cart was great but the house needs some MAJOR love. The house itself has a great layout but not clean at all. No broom in site and the vacuum does not work properly so we couldn't even try to keep it clean during our week there. The house needs to be refreshed inside and out. Painting, cleaning and fixing the broken items would go a long way. There were many broken things all around the house. The most concerning part was the broken tiles on the second floor balcony. This was a very dangerous situation and needs to be fixed before someone hurts themselves. None of the outside doors on any floor stay closed unless they are locked from the inside. The washer and dryer on the third floor does not dry, at all. We also had hot water issues in 2 of the bathrooms. The host was quick to respond, but we were underwhelmed with the state of the house inside and out. I would definitely search for a different property that is much better maintained than this one in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfectly located with a quick easy walk to the beach, and convenient to all the food and shopping! However the house truly looked and smelled like a rental. For the price it was not as clean or kept up as it should have been. Finally EVERY mattress needs to be replaced ASAP they were awful!

A little disappointed

We were happy with the location, check in process and view from the top floor. But, the TV in the main room wasn’t working correctly (reception was constantly inconsistent), no extra garbage bags (had to purchase), no extra toilet paper (had to purchase) and the inside and outside of the house needs a lot of TLC. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this is the first time we’ve experienced some disappointment.

Great location, but horrible mattresses!!!

The property manager was great but we stayed for a week and no one could get a good night sleep. All of the mattresses needed to be replaced!! I woke up hurting every single day!! The property did also have a funny smell that nobody could figure out but we did have to come home and wash everything again, because it stuck in my clothes!!

Enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The location couldn't be better—right across from the beach and just a short golf cart ride to great shopping and restaurants along 30A. The home was spacious, which made it perfect for our group, and everything was conveniently laid out for easy living. The property management team was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made our experience that much smoother. The home has clearly been renovated with a beachy, airy vibe, which we loved, but there were still some signs of aging. The kitchen was a bit understocked with utensils, so if you plan to cook a lot, you might want to bring a few of your own items. They provide a “starter pack” with essentials like a few dishwasher pods, some dish soap, and basic toiletries, which was a nice touch. However, we did need to purchase extras like hand soap and additional garbage bags. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we travel back to the area!
