One of a kind beautiful bungalow located on the Prosperity side of Lake Murray. This captivating property has it's own private boat ramp and dock, however for larger boats, the Dreher Island boat ramp is less than half a mile away. Enjoy the majestic views of Lake Murray from the living room, the kitchen, or the super quiet screened deck. Deepwater year-round, and Amazing fishing right off the dock. Open concept kitchen and living room, and plenty of parking space. Kayak and charcoal grill available!

This place is awesome, and great for a dog that loves the lake!

We loved our stay, and would love to come back and stay again! We had everything we needed, communication with owner was fast also. Great location, Martins landing is right out of the river from the house.

Great Place for Fishermen

Property is right on lake with a nice dock in protected cove and you are only a very short drive from the boat ramp. It’s easy to back a boat trailer or 2 in and you have outside power. Carlos is an exceptional host he is immediately responsive to any needs. The description lists a room with a double bed and 2 singles but there is only 1 single so if you have four you should bring a cot or use the sofa. Good experience and would stay here again.

Great property

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. House is clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and everything needed was provided. We especially enjoyed having our lunch on the dock overlooking the beautiful lake. Would definitely choose this property again in the future.

Murray cabin

Overall good place, most places have a better grill and much better cooking utensils. The cleaning fee would prevent me from staying there again.

Great views and great location

Property is great for a getaway. It is close enough to stores and restaurants if you need something. House was clean and essentials were furnished. Dock is great for fishing or just sitting and watching the water.

Lake Paradise

I was so happy with this property. The dock on the lake was paradise. The house was cute and clean. The porch was fantastic to just relax. Carlos the owner was great to talk to and he respnds quickly to any emails. Would love to go back.

Peace and Quiet

Scenery was gorgeous! Incredibly tranquil! I loved the screened porch and dock. I would love to come again. There seems to be an issue with the electrical system, as the outlets spark when plugging anything in.

Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. It was also nice to be near our family in Chapin to visit.

Peaceful country lake stay.

House was very clean and in good condition. Stocked with essentials and some optional items (floats, games, etc). Only saw one other person out in the neighborhood while we were there. Lake water is deep enough to swim and float off the dock.

Relaxed and Rejuvenated

We had the best time at the lake house. The house has plenty of room. It was very clean. All of the appliances worked. The beds were comfortable. They provide 2 grills for grilling and floats to enjoy the lake. My husband brought his boat. The boat ramp on site was wonderful. We will be booking again.

Comfortable. Location wasn't bad for riding to town. Next year id like the dock to light up to fish at night and keep eye on the boat. Thanks for sharing your home.

Lake Murray

The stay was fine. We were grateful for an early check-in. Enjoyed a beautiful boat ride on the lake and lunch at Nacho Margaritas. Our dogs enjoyed the dock and lake. The house was ok. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and more care taken. Large grill was falling apart. Fire pit had all kinds of junk in it. Litter around dock. Basically it needs some TLC.
