Great space for the fam!

The Houses thought of everything. Best stocked VRBO we’ve ever rented. Kitchen has everything you would ever need. Home has plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). Location is great to both downtown and the MTB trails. Quiet neighborhood that’s 2 minutes from a Wal mart market. The Houses even welcomed us w a snack basket and all kinds of recommendations for restaurants, etc. would highly recommend!

They thought of everything!

The House's house was a great place to stay! Good condition, high-quality fit/finish, nice layout, fantastic kitchen and comfortable amenities. What sets this house apart is all of the details they thought of. The house is stocked for anything you can think of. The neighbors are nice, too.

Great stay for a group of 5+ MTB friends

We had 6 middle aged guys from MN in town for riding and hanging out. This was a great property- very clean, well kept, well stocked and convenient for all the riding and post ride relaxing. Really liked the cooking and kitchen setup, and had a great time using the fire pit too. Highly recommend!

Blown away by Bentonville

My family had a phenomenal stay at the houses's house last week for spring break. This house was perfect for our four kids ages 1, 6, 8, 9. This house kept the older kids busy with the pac man video game unit, game table in the game room, and basketball court in the backyard. This house had plenty of entertainment for the one year including chalk in the front yard, a piano and tiny coloring table that was perfectly her size.The house was perfectly located within minutes of downtown Bentonville, countless bike trails, the amazeum, and the crystal Bridges museum. The hosts had great communication and flawless check in and out. Me and my family would highly recommend this home for future vacationers!

Perfect Easter Weekend

Loved the house. It was perfect spot for our family to reunite for the Easter Weekend. We walked to everything including dinners in downtown and museum. Owners were super helpful and accommodating to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Spring Break MTB Trip

This home accommodated our perfectly for our spring trip to Bentonville. Quiet neighborhood with only short walk/ride to town square and trailhead, very well equipped, plenty of entertainment for the kiddos between rides, and a great backyard for so our pooch could join us. The hosts were super responsive when we booked and kindly checked in with us along the way to ensure we had everything we needed. Hope to stay here again!

Wonderful House

House was adorable and perfect for our biking getaway to Bentonville. Close to town square and biking trails - and great to have garage to store bikes and the bike wash. House was clean and well stocked. We’d rent again!

Great for biking and little kids

Great location. Easy ride to trails. Easy walk to Kids museum, Crystal Bridges and playground for kids. House as described. Well stocked. Clean. Highly recommend.

Eclipse & Mtn Biking

Good size house for my family and our friends. Walking distance to town, clean, many fun things to do for our teenagers. Had a great time Mtn biking, then drove a couple hours for eclipse totality. Owner’s are very responsive, involved, and are running a great business/rental. Highly recommend!

Family Fun

This clean, spacious, well-decorated home worked great for our family. My young adult children and grandson especially enjoyed time playing basketball, pickleball and ping pong. There are two living areas to allow room to spread out; giving space to read or talk while others play games or watch TV. The kitchen is well supplied and the large dining table is great for eating or games. There is a generous amount of toys, games and books for all ages for extra entertainment. The neighborhood is safe and walkable to parks, store and Crystal Bridges Museum.

Amazing mini vacation

We spent 4 nights at this Bentonville VRBO last week. The home is beautiful and spacious. We were within walking distance of Chrystal Bridge and a beautiful downtown area with many dog friendly outdoor restaurants. If it wasn’t for my recent hip replacement surgery, we would have definitely taken advantage of the scenic bike trails. It was a short vacation, but exactly what I needed. Prior to and after the trip I reached out to the owners. They were both very quick to respond. And, the extra bonus was a piano! I hadn’t played for years!!! Wonderful getaway. Our sincere thank you to our hosts.

EXCELLENT Bentonville stay!

We did a 4 day/3 night Spring Break stay in Bentonville with myself, my husband, our daughters (8 and 4), and dog. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Hunter was very responsive and even texted us to let us know that the home was ready earlier than check-in time. The home had absolutely everything we needed and then some. I have a new appreciation for a vrbo with a typical "junk drawer" with random necessities you don't think about until you need them. You never know when your child's favorite necklace will lose a jewel and you need some STAT super glue! Our first day there was very chilly and there were plenty of activities in the game room to keep everyone occupied indoors. Luckily, it warmed up the rest of the week and we were able to enjoy the backyard. The basketball court was a big hit with my 8 year old. Our dog even made friends with a dog in the yard behind. It honestly couldn't have been a better stay. It immediately felt like home right when you walk in and my kids didn't want to leave. We will absolutely stay at the House's House again!

Perfection!

This home was perfect for our extended stay! The location is close to the square and easy, quick access down 8th street, through the new Wal-Mart campus to interstate 49. House was fully equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms, first aid supplies for the bikers, and a super big play room full of activities for littler kids. Beds were very comfortable and house was immaculate upon our arrival. Finally, a fabulous hosts to top of our stay. 10 out of 10 - you will not be disappointed!

Perfect spot for families

We loved staying here! We come each summer to see my brother and this house was incredibly kid friendly and kept them busy during our down time. Not once did we hear I’m bored lol. The beds were also very comfortable with soft sheets and the house was nice and cold at night (we have had issues with other older home rentals in the area struggling in the 90-100 degree temps to get cool enough to sleep comfortably so this was a big win) Highly recommend! My only negative was it’s not quite walking distance to downtown for our crew due to length, construction, and heat. Still an incredible location and you could easily walk as adults but it’s a bit too long for little legs imo! Took us 3 min in the car to get there but just wanted to mention because sometimes we do stay at ones that we can walk! Would definitely pick this again over others for all the amenities and entertainment for kids!

Arkansas Games

We rented this great vacation home so that we could head to the Hogs' basketball game on Friday night and watch the football game against LSU the next day. I have rented numerous homes over the years and have not ever found a home so well-prepared for guests - there are lists and instructions for anything you could need, a fire pit, basketball court, toys if you brought little ones, etc. My oldest and his wife are ARK graduates and my youngest of 4 plans to go there - and we all had a ball. Would recommend the home to anyone who wants a clean, cute, well maintained home in a nice neighborhood that is a short walk from the Square and only @ 20 mins to campus.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We planned our Thanksgiving to have relatives meet in Bentonville AR. The house was perfect for mine and my sister's families. Wonderful open floorplan with plenty of room for the teenage kids to find their own space. Comfortable furnishings and great updated living spaces. Hosts provided great information about local activities and made our stay perfect. We hope to visit again.

Clean and convenient

This home would be especially great for anyone with young kids. The playroom was awesome. There is a fabulous dog park just a short walk away. The fenced yard was perfect. We enjoyed our month here!

Good Location and good house for children

Bentonville weekend

The entire process was so easy. The owners were prompt to answer any questions and very accommodating. The house has a great layout and is decorated so well. Our party had 7 adults and we had plenty of space. We didn’t have any littles with us, but a great set up for kids. It is so conveniently located to the square and crystal bridges museum. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Hello! We are the Houses, a young family with 3 sons, and we’re super grateful you chose to book with us for your stay in Bentonville. This is our sole Airbnb in Bentonville, so you get our undivided attention.

Originally from West Memphis, AR (Hunter) and St. Louis, MO (Alex) we met back in 2009 at the University of Arkansas. We’ve called Northwest Arkansas home ever since, and while we’ve lived in 3 different cities in the area, we absolutely love living in the beautiful city of Bentonville!

We have 3 sons who love the outdoors, biking, and all things on the square. Don’t be surprised if you run into us while you’re down there. We’ve designed and renovated this home to be a place of rest, gathering, and fun for us, and we hope those are some of the things you get to experience during your stay!

Space! There's so much space to spread out. 4 bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space. 3.5 bathrooms make it easy to get ready for your activities. Large backyard with basketball court, fire pit, blackstone griddle, and large charcoal grill are great for entertaining. Front porch is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee! The 2 living rooms provide a spot for parents to gather while kids play in the other room.
