3 Tanyard Drive in Bella Vista is a beautiful home on the Bella Vista Country Club Golf Course. and located blocks away from the Tanyard Creek Practice Center and Driving Range.

Don't limit yourself to just golfing, Bella Vista also offers many biking paths and walking trails also blocks away, to explore the natural beauty of Bella Vista. While visiting you won't want to miss seeing the 3 mile span of the Ozark's located at the Tanyard Creek Nature Trail. Without to mention Bella vista offers great fishing and boating opportunities for everyone to enjoy!

This large home offers 1 King Bed, 1 queen bed, 1 Full Bed, 5 twin beds and sleeps a total of 13 people! Two Master bedrooms with ensuite attached. Spacious kitchen attached to a large family room with direct access to the deck over looking the Bella Vista country club fairways. Also includes an additional family room and patio facing the fairways on the walkout level. Includes Washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience.

7 ladies stayed here to visit War Eagle craft fair and a couple of other craft events / shopping . The house is beautiful with plenty of room . The view of the golf course was very nice and a great sunrise view in the morning . House was clean , well stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer . There are TVs everywhere but we didn’t really use them . We had dinner at the country club just down the street one night and it was very good . Bella vista is a great location . We have no complaints about this great house and plan to stay here next year.

One tub didn’t drain. Iron didn’t work. Info about having a kcup coffee maker was wrong. Was not given keypad code. Had to call for it. But house was clean and comfortable and host did answer the phone immediately when I called. Clean the drain. Replace the iron.

Great house and location

We have used this house several times for our annual golf trip. It is perfect for our group. It has plenty of room, is always clean, and has a wonderful location. We’ll be back!

Great location, house, host!!!

This is a great property with an excellent location! Host was always prompt when messaged. Plenty of cookware to make meals at the house. Lots of space to spread out if needed. We have use this place four years in a row for a golf trip and continue to use in the future!

Very clean, nice, and comfortable property. Fantastic access for everything NW Arkansas offers. Multiple bed configurations to support families. Hosts were very communicative and our family enjoyed the stay.

Oklahoma golfers

We had a large group of golfers from Oklahoma. The house was very accommodating, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was great. Would highly recommend.
