3 Tanyard Drive in Bella Vista is a beautiful home on the Bella Vista Country Club Golf Course. and located blocks away from the Tanyard Creek Practice Center and Driving Range.

Don't limit yourself to just golfing, Bella Vista also offers many biking paths and walking trails also blocks away, to explore the natural beauty of Bella Vista. While visiting you won't want to miss seeing the 3 mile span of the Ozark's located at the Tanyard Creek Nature Trail. Without to mention Bella vista offers great fishing and boating opportunities for everyone to enjoy!

This large home offers 1 King Bed, 1 queen bed, 1 Full Bed, 5 twin beds and sleeps a total of 13 people! Two Master bedrooms with ensuite attached. Spacious kitchen attached to a large family room with direct access to the deck over looking the Bella Vista country club fairways. Also includes an additional family room and patio facing the fairways on the walkout level. Includes Washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience.

We have stayed at the house for several years now during an annual trip to Bella Vista for a men’s golf outing and has never disappointed. Great views and plenty of room to accommodate our group. Great communication from property manager and always clean. We will be back for years to come if they will have us!

Excellent property with a good view of the 16th fairway of the Country Club. Very clean, beds were nice and easy access to all of Bella Vista amenities. No problems encountered during our stay

This was an excellent stay. The house had everything we needed and the layout was exceptional for a large family. Its in a great area of town. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, & more than described! Walking trails nearby, large common space on lower level in addition to the LR on the upper level with the office space that can be closed for privacy with couch/TV etc. Although we didn’t use them I think there were TVs in every room. 2-car garage. Was perfect for us & our daughter’s bridal party.

Very nice place for a Golf Outing

Property was very well kept and very suitable for a group of six men to play golf. This is our second time staying here and will stay here again.

Perfect location for guys golf trip with lots of beds

This is the second time we've stayed at this property for our annual guys golf trip in Bella Vista. Location is very convenient and great house for a large group. We will definitely be back!
