Can't decide if today is more of a pool day or a lake day? Why not both? Double Down on your chances for having FUN at Lake Avalon's finest vacation rental complete with both a private dock for kayaking and swimming and your own private swimming pool (open May - mid-October) and hot tub (available year round)!

This home comfortably sleeps 12 in beds and 2 more on an air mattress. Spend time together in one of our two living rooms watching movies, playing pool, or playing cards or retreat to one of our decks where you can take in Lake Avalon's most beautiful views!

Located in beautiful Bella Vista, you are a 3 minute drive to Tanyard Creek to hike to our most beautiful waterfall. Grab your golf clubs and head out to one of Bella Vista's 5 golf courses or grab a bucket of balls at Tanyard Creek's driving range.

Mountain Bikers...you'll be thrilled to know that you are a 4 minute bike ride to the trail access for Little Sugar's Tunnel Vision - some of the BEST of the OZ Trail System. When you're not riding, store your bikes in the garage. One bay is reserved for our guests during their stay.

Just 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville, you will never be at a loss of what to do during your stay with us at Double Down.

**PET FEE**
A pet fee of $25/night/pet up to 2 dogs (NO CATS or other animals please) will be charged.

**POOL DISCLAIMER**
We do our best to make sure the pool is available at all times during the season; however there are times due to things out if our control such as weather and mechanical issues that the pool may need to be shocked or treated and may need to close for up to 24hours.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This is a great place to stay with lots of room for the kids to play. The house is fully stocked with all essential needs. We cooked a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with just about everything available. We loved the fact that our dog could enjoy Thanksgiving with us instead of in a kennel. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

Excellent property

Extremely pleased with our choice of Double Down. This lovely property on Lake Avalon, along with the Bella Vista and Bentonville communities, exceeded our expectations. This home was well equipped and exactly as described. Our hostess, Maria, was very responsive from the day of booking, until our check out date. She made great recommendations for dining and community activities. Our family had a wonderful vacation, and I’m sure we will visit DoubleDown again.

A wonderful place!

Everything was superb - house, amenities, location! Did I mention beautiful pool plus great dock on this beautiful little lake. Serene, clean, wooded and lovely. After dinner drinks on porch listening to the cicadas sing. Just perfect!

Lovely setting

Loved that the lake is small and no motor boats. Very peaceful. Easy access (if you are good with stairs) and we enjoyed the paddle board and kayaks. The host was very responsive when we needed something.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. Very nice place to sit back, have fun and relax. We did some hiking, boating, kayaking and fishing on the dock. If we were ever to come down to the area again, we will definitely keep this place in mind. Thanks for your hospitality.

Wonderful stay at Double Down

The property was absolutely perfect. Our kids did bike camp during the day and swam in the afternoons and evenings. It was a quick drive to any trial, and especially close to the water falls at Tanyard Creek. The house was super clean and ready for an active family. The lily pad on the lake was a favorite for the kids. Maria was extremely responsive for any questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for a weekend with family!

We celebrated my father-in-law's 70th birthday with 13 people, ranging in age from six to ... 70. :) Everything was exactly as described. The kids and younger adults had a great time in the pool, and everyone enjoyed swimming in the lake and taking out the kayaks and paddleboard. It was nice to have so much space to spread out in, but even when we were all on a single floor, it felt like plenty of room. Would definitely rent the house for family again.

Great lakefront getaway.

This house has everything you need! We hit up Costco before heading to town and didn’t need to leave all weekend. A fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and a great view made it easy to just let the days slip away.

Beautiful home/fantastic host

Everything was great at Double down. Pool and hot tub were clean as well as the home. Great communication with the host, highly recommended. Host was very accommodating when asked what to do around the property and what restaurants to visit in the area.

House was beautiful and well appointed! Views of the lake were fantastic, the pool was a perfect place to cool off! Everything we needed was there. The manager was very responsive and easy to work with! Highly recommend

Wonderful relaxing stay at Double Down

We all enjoyed our stay at double down. We made good use of the pool and the lake. We also rented the pontoon for a day on Lake Windsor. We explored the trails nearby, which were beautiful and we loved the waterfall. Maria went above and beyond before we even got there. I asked her if she had a pitcher for tea, she didn’t but she had one ordered and it was delivered there during our stay! We highly recommend this VRBO. Thanks Maria!

Family vacation

We enjoyed both the pool and the lake. Everyone tried the stand up paddle board and the kayaks. We had our own life jackets but there were plenty provided. The kitchen cookware was very nice and the refrigerator was huge. We had a great vacation and would book again.

Hospitality at it's finest!

Maria was an awesome host, not only providing us information and ideas as we planned our trip, but so helpful and enthusiastic about helping us enjoy all that NWA has to offer! The pool and lake amenities were amazing - kayaks and a paddle board as well as a floating mat which my kids jumped on and off of everyday! There were also plenty of towels for the pool/lake and games for all ages when we needed a break from the sun. The house was spacious and comfortable and the view of the lake everyday was unbeatable. The house was set up perfectly for our family with two younger kids and two teenagers and the location was also perfect! Very close to the freeway for exploring the areas around Bella Vista. We were there during 4th of July and were able to see the town fireworks display from the dock overlooking the lake! Thank you Maria for an incredible time at Double Down!

Family get away

Great house for 6 adults and young kids to go get away. The hoists were amazing. Helped us with questions on the house and also were great suggestions for getting out from food to parks to hiking. So responsive and helpful.

Fun Christmas getaway

The day we left there was a blizzard. They were very accommodating and allowed for an early check in so we could get an early start with the weather looming. Had a great time. It would be a fun summer place to visit too.
